Waste of time. I found this business through Groupon, the address listed is the incorrect address. I called multiple times once I arrived to the wrong location to ask Jae where their business is located, NO ANSWER. An hour later I was informed that they relocated to a new address. How would I know that as a first time client? If you’re advertising on Groupon and someone calls you from your advertisement it would be really wise and helpful to inform them of these changes BEFORE their appointment not an hour later when you’re no longer available.

Update : In response to owner. I had no desire to reschedule because after I booked the first time, I called -no answer, text- no response, emailed -no response. Had someone responded to let me know that there was a conflict, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going and would have been happy to reschedule. . Communication is key ?
Removed all my lashes because I made an appointment and recieved a confirmation. Only to come and be told that she didn’t know I had an appt and that I needed to come back another time. No apology or anything. Waste of time

I recently visited the lash bar, and I must say it was an incredible experience! The attention to detail and skill of the lash technicians surpassed my expectations. Jae is super nice and her studio is gorgeous. Conversation just flowed so naturally and I really enjoyed my time with her. Got a classic set with some extra volume on the ends and they came out really nicely. Would definitely return. Can't believe some of the negative reviews since she was nothing but professional and accommodating. She called to ask me if we could reschedule since the a/c wasn't working in her studio and when I told her I was leaving town the next day, she accommodated me for that same evening.

They do not accept Groupon even though it's listed ,you can go to "a beginner lash artist "then she gives you a quote of 165. ,instead of the 62.50 it's advertised on Groupon. Huge rip off.the reviews are horrible,I really dodged a bullet.

I have been coming to eyeconic lash for at least 10 years now, and every time I leave looking gorgeous. I have gone to other companies before but I always come back to the one that does my lashes right, eyeconic lash studio. Wonderful stuff, beautiful atmosphere, comfortable chairs, good music, everything you need at a lash spa.
