FedEx no longer lets you speak to a human being so when they don’t have answers or they don’t understand you they just hang up on you. I will never ship a package with FedEx the rest of my life. This is the worst company with the most horrible customer service I’ve ever seen in my life! I can’t wait for the day that Amazon put you guys out of business!
