Came in with leaking tire (nail in wall) and they took off tire, located nail and were very professional and friendly. Just one of the reasons I've been able loyal Firestone customer for years.

I took my work truck in for a repair to a tire that was loosing air. The staff at the counter has a can do and helpful attitude, however the staff that actually works on your vehicle has an attitude of being lazy. At the end, my tire still was repaired and I’ve had no problems.

Oil change was quick, waiting area was very clean but they stole my laundry change out my cupholder lol. just make sure you have everything valuable out of your car before handing keys over
