After an oil change, there was an oil stain on my driveway. Took the car back in the next day. The tech said the plug was loose and it was corrected. Now, I have another oil stain on my driveway and my car smells like it's burning. To be continued.
Took car to Kia for service. Looking for a trusted source to find out what is wrong. I will update this post as soon as I get the diagnosis from them.

My car went over a mattress or boxspring in the road on I-95. This Firestone shop told me (and the documentation reflects this) that the only damage was a hole in a tire that couldn't be repaired, and an alignment. They completely missed that the supports for the radiator were damaged, rendering the car not safely drivable, and a second tire had a divot it rendering it unsafe to drive on. They sent me on my way for a 600 mile drive with a car that could have killed me. Do not recommend this store at all. They should have sent me to a Ford dealer as soon as they looked at it. I'll be filing the appropriate complaint with the appropriate licensing agency ASAP. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE FOR EMERGENT REPAIRS.
Follow up: Firestone REACHED OUT TO ME on two different platforms about this review, and I responded truthfully. They then said, "your claim is denied." I never made a "claim" with them! They reached out to me, then treated me as badly as the retail store did.

I did business here for a complete new 4 tires placed on the vehicle. Also, I had some basic maintenance done on the car. I did business because the rep, named Chris was professional and efficient in representing me.

I came for an alignment with an appointment. They took the car almost immediately and finished it in 20 minutes as promised. Did an excellent job. Car is perfectly aligned.. I took it for the life of the car for an extra $80 or so. Hopefully it will be money wee spent

Dropped off tire for flat repair and was told that they would mount the repaired tire on my vehicle. When I returned I was told that they were busy and no one was available. Politely asked please, and was told that it was not possible.

We always have a good experience when we go in to this fire stone. I just went in for some air in my tires and they took care of it right away. I’ve been using this Firestone for 25 years and they are very good people.
