I needed one item embroidered and spoke over the phone and they told me it would be about a week - I didn’t need it in a rush so I was okay with that. When I dropped off my item they told me if I wanted to wait around they could finish it in 10 min. Amazing customer service & very friendly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a long time. Ordered name tags for all my agents and they stated my job was too small for them to put a priority on it. They made me wait over 3 weeks for NAME TAGS! Name tags take a day to make…… sad part is as a businessman I know other people looking for there services. If I was treated right I would have sent more referrals your way. Oo well your loss

Behind this business is a truly good man. Matthew went out of his way to embroider custom items for me to accommodate my schedule at the very last minute. He ended closing up about 45 minutes later than his closing hour to finish up with my work; the most incredible thing is that he did not charge me. He is a person that truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. This is the type of person and business that I would like handling my embroidery needs. Do not think twice about hiring them. Really. Good people. Good business.

Christina and her team are awesome to work with. I needed to get some shirts made for my team and she walked me through every step of the process from picking out the best material to the art layout on the shirt. I was blown away by the final product - quality is great. I would absolutely recommend working with Christina for any of your branded or promotional items.

Great experience. They are so quick with the turn around . We use them for all of our printing needs. We have been using them so long that we just shoot them an e-mail with our order and they shoot one back when its ready and Always perfect!
