Johnny is an amazing resource for our entire family. He’s excellent with kids/teens as well. Johnny is highly attentive and his instructions are clear and detailed. He always has something positive to say, and something interesting to work on.

Johnny is great at what he does! He is an excellent communicator which is key for the functional patterns training system. He always keeps the workouts interesting and I have experienced real, documented improvements in how my body moves and functions. Highly recommend Johnny, Danielle, Jeff and the rest of the FP Delray team if you are an athlete (or not) looking to improve your body awareness and reduce pain/discomfort!

Johnny's FP training literally gave me new legs, glutes, and a joie de vivre! I've been training with him for 9 months and started 4 months after I had extensive surgery done on both feet. He trains me virtually (I put my iphone on a ring light stand and ipad on a chair). I was barely walking when he started training me but I wish I had met him even earlier and not wasted all that time/money on physical therapists. I thought I was doomed to a lifetime of pain because I have flat feet...knees that go inward, weak back, flat a**, and a curvy figure on a small frame. I was convinced I'd never be able to run again. but now am able to run up to 6mi w NO pain! There are just so many "ah-ha" moments in his training that I've never heard from other trainers and programs before. The FP method and his training are VERY unique. The "sit ups" are very different and even his version of "Dead lifts" are empowering in ways that make you realize you never knew just how much stress you were putting on your joints before. Best of all, he's a HUGE joy to train with. Big smiles and walks you through every training very patiently and thoroughly. I'm AMAZED at what he notices just via Zoom - literally, he doesn't miss a single thing from eyes to toes. I also think his trainings aren't just for those with pain, but also for body and strength building. My boyfriend's in great athletic shape and he trains with Johnny so he can marathon faster, lift better, and avoid future pain

Johnny is the best trainer out there. I’ve seen a lot of them. He gives your the right amount of information at the right time. Give him a few months and watch all your aches and pains disappear

I highly recommend training at FP Delray Beach, the trainers are very knowledgeable and will help you improve on your biomechanics to have a more functional and healthier body. In my experience this is the best training I ever had.
