Pretty good brightly colored Goodwill in an awesome Googie style former car dealership building. Good selection of luxury brands and some funny clothes. I didn’t like how the floor was dirty including the changing rooms, how the bathrooms do not have towels only hand dryers and the clothes were not organized by size and color. I would have left three stars but the selection, prices and service were too good to leave that low of a rating. Keep up the good work and if improvements are made it would earn 5 stars.

Hours for donations are listed nowhere. Got there at 6:09 and someone came out, said they closed at 6 and I couldn't leave anything after hours. Don't give this corrupt "non profit" any of your donations, go next door to re-home.

Doris, "The manager", Is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has zero customer service. If you're that unhappy go work somewhere else.

I was ignored by several employees. The manager closed himself in a little room to avoid my questions. When I tried to ask another employee, she ignored me and went into the restroom. The only one that was working was the cashier while there was a long line. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with goodwill.

My husband dropped something off in our pile on accident and I called about 5 minutes later to let them know and ask if we can get it and the lady clearly did not want to find my item and told me the stuff goes out right away and it could have sold but I can come back in and look for it. Disappointing customer service as I frequently drop things off there.

Awful place!! Very dirty… And employees can change the price of the product at the last moment before payment and can make it higher ?. I had a bad experience at this place. Never again

Out of several Goodwill stores in Palm Beach County, I believe this one had the best pricing. The color and design of the store is really art deco 60's & 70's which was appealing. Good selection of foods and friendly staff. Plenty of shaded parking.

I waited in line and the cashier wouldn't let me buy a pair of used gym shoes. Said they don't know the price and it could be anywhere from $3.99 to $9.99 and nobody in the store at 3pm on a weekday can go online to find out the price. Told me to come back in 24 hours and maybe the shoes will have a price tag on them.

Despite having a sign prominently displayed that suggests things can be dropped off after hours, it was suggested I would be better off putting several bags of clothing in a dumpster by a worker.
