I would like to include a few additional reviews. Specifically, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Harry and Lydia to purchase our new car, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, Harry provided exceptional service and expertise that made the process seamless. Harry and Lydia patiently answered all our questions, helped us find the perfect vehicle, and negotiated a great deal. Their dedication and professionalism were evident throughout, and we felt like we were in capable hands. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful car, and it's all thanks to Lydia and Harry. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a new vehicle.Thank you, Harry and Lydia for your outstanding assistance!

My husband and i recently had the pleasure of dealing with Grieco Ford of Delray Beach for our car purchase, and I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and valued as a customers. The sales team, especially Heather Saba was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle which we were looking for, patient with our questions and test drive. The entire process felt smooth and transparent. Not only was the test drive process seamless, but the purchase process has been equally impressive. The financial advisor Donnovan was truly professional and knowledgeable as well.Overall, we were absolutely satisfied with our experience and now we enjoy our new family car. :)

Grieco Ford's Service Department is the worst customer service organization I have ever dealt with in any industry and is representative of Ford's decline as a company and organization.I made an appointment to get my vehicle repaired. After waiting approximately two weeks for their soonest appointment, I was told upon dropping the vehicle off that the appointment wasn't for service, but rather it was for an appointment with a service representative and that they would need my vehicle for 5 business days BEFORE it was even looked at by a mechanic. I offered to bring the vehicle back at the appointed time and date for the mechanic, but no, the dealership needed my vehicle to wait in line on their property for the entire time before a mechanic even popped the hood.Upon figuring out that I had a coolant leak in the #3 cylinder, the service representative told me I would need to replace the engine. Turns out my 2019 Mustang was actually sold in July 2018 and as such, was 2 months out of the 5-year/50,000 mile power train warranty. I had previously brought my vehicle in for an oil change in August 2023 when I mentioned the same service representative that I was having an intermittent problem on startup, but that I wasn't getting any check-engine lights. He told me to wait for the problem to happen regularly because of the wait-time for service AND the $250 just to hook up a computer to read out the codes. So even though this problem began in June 2023, it didn't become a regular issue until September 2023...two months out of warranty. The dealership attempted to deal with Ford Corporate to see if they would help pay for a known defect on the engine (one that Ford since redesigned in later models). As I have been a lifetime Ford owner (this is my 3rd Mustang) they said they would offer to financially split the cost 60/40 with me (I pay 60%, Ford pays 40%).I attempted to plead my case with Ford's Corporate Customer Service per the advice of the Grieco Service Manager. This was shot down by Ford Corporate as they said my case was closed. I did end up writing a certified letter for Ford's CEO pleading my case, but I have heard nothing back from the company or the dealership with regards to this letter. To make a long story shorter, I frequently left phone messages inquiring about my vehicle, the status of parts that were ordered, or where my vehicle was in "line" with the service rep. Calls always went to voicemail and were unreturned. The only way for me to get information on the status of my vehicle was if I would physically come to the Grieco dealership and find the customer service rep to get answers. I always had to deal with and was told to wait for my particular service rep. While there were other reps available, many of whom were seen looking at their cell phones, or otherwise chatting with each other while I waited, I had to wait for and talk with my particular service rep.All in all, Grieco Ford had my vehicle for 5 1/2 weeks and I had to pay over $4,000 for an engine replacement. When I asked if my "new" engine (they wouldn't replace it with the redesigned engine, only the old model that has this flaw in it) if I reset the powertrain 5-yearr/50,000 mile warranty I was told I only get another 2 years for just the engine itself. Needless to say, I traded in my Ford the day I picked it up from the dealership and I will never buy a Ford product or have to deal with Grieco Ford ever again.

Bought a mustang gt there a year and a half ago, whole process was great , so when my son needed a car, and he lives in Daytona Beach, I decided to go there again. Bought a suv, noticed on way home that front end really shook bad, called them and they said they would cover it at any Ford, they chart me $111, told them about it and they said it's not covered. Called numerous times and asked for my salesperson Kenny Heredia, never called back, asked for manager, never called back, so I live in west palm beach, got in my car and confronted manager, who was so rude and didn't give a shit, told me too bad, and this is after I bought 2 cars, and was in market for my daughter to get 3rd, not to mention my brother was looking for a corvette, so I guess the $111 alignment wasn't worth for them to take care of, they rather lose a good customer! Stay away if you can, they only care about you when you buy a car, then you get treated like shit!!

Came in to this dealer to check out a truck, and they made sure I didn’t leave without it. And huge thank you to my sales person Harry, was very flexible with what I was asking for and got me the best deal. Also the variety of vehicles you can find here, I highly recommend checking out.

Took my Ford into the service center for an oil change and tire rotation. They open at 7:00 and I got there at 7:15. Only two cars in the service area and nobody around. So I figured this would be quick and easy. Walked into the service department. One guy was qaiting on a customer and the other two women/employees were too busy texting to even notice I was standing there. Again, I figured they weren't bysy and thus shoukd be a piece of cake. When the one woman finally looked up from her texting, she immediately asked if I had an appointment. I said I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. She said without an appointment, Id have to drop off my car because they were so very busy. Seriously??? I was then pushed off to the guy who had been waiting on another customer. He gave me the same line of BS. Bottom line, these people have no respect for their customers and think the world revolves around them.

The sales team worked together to meet our requirements. They listened to our needs and were able to meet them. Lydia made completing the paperwork a breeze. I would purchase again from Grieco Ford Delray.

10-16-23 UPDATE. Jeff Cirks made this as right as one could reasonably expect. He respectfully owned the situation, and was open to a few resolution options. He explained the process which likely lead to the lack of full transparency on the original sale, but most importantly once he knew of the issue, he lead with his most professional foot forward. I respect his actions, and IF ONLY more dealership's leadership honestly, and fairly addressed the inevitable issues that will arise. NOTE: this was not a buyers remorse issue, and this was was not a "my car broke 3 weeks after I bought it" issue. Given used cars are sold as-is, I can only reasonably expect a dealer to resolve issues similar to mine.. as opposed to so many of the complaints I read online about dealers.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**you sold me a car with undisclosed frame damage. i sent
[email protected] an email on 9/22/23- received no response. i'll be contacting:bbbford corporategrieco corporateflorida attorney general's officeon monday.*buyers beware* check carfax + autocheck + have a body shop check. they bought a car from auction, stated it didn't come from an auction, and didn't disclose the frame damage that the auction did disclose to them. you'll end up paying top dollar for a car worth bottom dollar.

I’m in the dealership biz and had the pleasure of working with Jeff Cirks and Edwin Ramos. Both were amazing and super transparent. Edwin on multiple occasions offered to bring a vehicle up to my office to test drive the truck. Once we picked the right car out, the rest was easy. They were more than generous on the deal and gave me the professional courtesy being in the business

My mom and I had a great experience at Grieco Ford in Delray. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and so nice the moment we walked in. Alan was great, he was very knowledgeable, answered our questions, and helped us find the perfect new SUV for my mom. Darlene was amazing too! They really are a great time with making us feel welcomed and valued as a customer. We have not had good experiences at other dealers until now. I highly recommend them and they will find you the best vehicle for your needs. Thank you!
