I was very pleased with the service. I believe the representatives name was Sauro and he was fantastic. I was having problems with the car starting and my key fob. They did an inspection on the electric and found everything was OK. It was just a dead battery and the battery is fine so it cost $180 and that was it. It was nice that they were honest and they did a great job. Thank you, Tom.

Great experience at Kia Delray! Found the perfect car and got a great deal. My salesman James was great and very professional throughout the whole process. The sales and finance managers Thai and Andy were great too! Highly recommend coming to Kia Delray if you’re looking for a vehicle!

Adrian was extremely helpful! After losing my last vehicle, I wanted to go somewhere as stress-free as possible. He was super informative and addressed any concerns I had. He was very straight forward, which is a great quality to have in sales. Overall, everyone has phenomenal customer service and I will be a returning customer in the future.

Loved the experience. My wife was in the market to replace her luxury gas SUV for an electric vehicle, I will not name brands as it is irrelevant, but we went and test drove the biggest "SUV" from the big EV brand which had a hefty price tag around 80k, we then looked at a couple of german brands for a comparable style as my wife's current vehicle but had no luck, as we were leaving one of the dealerships my 12 year old son who is into cars spot across the street a massive white SUV which was the Kia EV9 wind, it was Sunday around 6 PM, and as we were driving away he told my wife that she would like the Kia SUV and all the features, my wife took his words and we pulled into the Delray Kia dealership. As we got to the dealership Ricky our salesman was amazingly knowledgeable, he greeted us with a pleasant smile and answered all the questions my wife had about features she needed in a car, we then test drove the EV9 wind and my wife loved it, but it was late and the kids needed to sleep, also, we realized there was a different model of the EV9 with captains chairs, but they didn't have it in a color my wife wanted, Ricky told us he would find out about the colors and when we were about to leave the manager (forgot his name) approached us and explained the features and the reliability of the brand, he was extremely nice.Ricky kept in contact throughout the week as well as the manager, so we decided to go back and test drive the model with captains chair, but as we walked into the lobby my wife spotted a Sorento plug-in hybrid in the showroom, this was perfect since she had previously voiced her concerns about going fully electric and what would happen if a hurricane cut the power for let say a week... So when Ricky explained to her how plug-in hybrids work, she was sold..She test drove it and loved it, after that we went ahead with the financing, at that point Brett the finance manager took over, he was very pleasant and explained every single detail of the papers I was signing, he ran all the numbers I asked him and found the best rate based on what I was comfortable paying, the process overall from walking into the dealerships to leaving took about 3 hours, but the whole time we were there Ricky kept making sure my wife and kids (7 and 12) knew he was on it, even offered snacks and refreshments multiple times to all of us.I have to say the experience was extremely pleasant, the car drives awesome, and the warranty was unbeatable.Thank you to Ricky Gould and Brett (forgot his name sorry) at Kia Delray for everything I would definitely be recommending your dealership to my friends.

Jon was friendly and helpful. We received a recall on Saturday. He was able to include this work with our scheduled appointment. The car would be ready in 1 3/4 hours. We received a text 10 minutes early. The entire team is efficient including Sandy in checkout who provided a detailed invoice. It was smooth and seemless service beginning to end.

Car-buying is never fun but from start to finish, our experience was smooth and efficient. Christian was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable, helpful and never pushy. We had a somewhat unique situation and he got it done to our liking. Andy, the finance manager was also amazing at getting us set up with so much information and all the ends tied. We are happy to continue to go there for all of our sales and service needs. The whole dealership felt welcoming. We have gotten our other Kia at a different dealership and we will drive farther to come to Delray from now on. They are worth it!

Honestly, if I could give 100 stars I would. We went in there and met with Sylvester and that was honestly the greatest experience we had. He literally did everything he possibly could to ensure that we got the best service & then we met with Andy, the finance manager and that was also an amazing experience. They both did a wonderful job. The staff in general were very polite. I’ve had a horrible time with dealerships in the past so I was very pleased with how this went. I highly recommend visiting this location over any other when it comes to KIA!

After going back and forth with several other dealerships, I ended up going back to Kia Delray and buying my new Telluride through them. Robert, the sales manager, and Sylvester, our sales guy, were very courteous and worked patiently and diligently with us to help us work out a deal that was convenient for everyone and to get the exact car I wanted, which they had to get from another dealership. I would definitely recommend.

I was defrauded by Myers Auto Group and one of its many dealerships, KIA Delray. Their behavior was so blatant and scandalous--I have filed formal complaints with government regulators and BBB.Shop Manager Conrad Backer, colluding with Lead Advisor Robert "Bob" Cooklin and others, falsely persuaded me over several weeks that my well-maintained KIA Rondo 2008 with 74,000 miles, was beyond repair. They insisted my car would need at least $5,000 in repairs, i.e. rewiring the entire vehicle, replacing all the fuses and adding a harness--on top of my June 21 $879.75 "fuel pump replacement," bill. After the "new fuel pump," the car drove for a couple hours, then wouldn't start the next day.Next, I endured three weeks of KIA Delray's stalling, misleading and prevarication. The culmination came on July 12, when CarMax and Car Fax valued my vehicle at just under $4,000. The catch? I had to drive the car to the buyer. That same day, Mr. Backer at KIA Delray insisted that was not possible. He said I had two options: his crew would tow the vehicle to my home, or I could sell it to him for $1,200. He added, "I'll give you $1,400 if you trade it in."Because he and his confederates insisted the car was unsafe and inoperable, I sold it under duress to them for far below market value. My misgivings proved true that week. KIA Delray emailed the former owner of my exact same car; that it was actually in big demand and very valuable!"...Kia Delray has tasked us with purchasing specific pre-owned KIAS (22 to be exact) and your Rondo qualifies for the program. Not to sound desperate, NAME. But I really need to buy back your Kia Rondo and I am excited to offer you an exceptional trade-in allowance!"The dealership urged the former owner to bring it in on July 22nd for around $6,500 plus a chance to win $5,000 cash. (The car's value was estimated at $5,010, plus $1,500 to apply as a trade-in.) The printed version was signed, "All the best, Brad Colby, General Manager."The market for my 2008 KIA Rondo is still hot. On October 18, Mr. Colby sent a similar flyer to the same former owner, writing, "Market conditions like this don't last and I urge you to take advantage of this opportunity..."Temporary shortages like we are currently experiencing don't last, I urge you to take advantage of this opportunity while you still can. NAME, your Kia Rondo will never be worth this much money again!"Another proof of KIA Delray's perfidy: on July 12, while removing personal belongings from my car, I found a flyer, "Your vehicle is in high demand and we would like to buy it from you today! We will REFUND 100% of your service bill up to $500." That additional $500 brings the nominal value of my car, which Mr. Backer said was "15 years old...for wholesale" and implied would be sold for scrap, to $7,000.But wait, there's more. This summer, Greenway KIA in West Palm Beach, which serves Delray, advertised on 105.5 FM radio for owners of used KIAs to bring them in. "We are offering $6,000 over Kelley Blue Book. Tell them Megan sent you!" The ads run to this day. That means a rivalKIA dealership in the same region valued my KIA Rondo at $10,000.Additional conditions prove my well-maintained KIA Rondo 2008 was even more valuable. The common practice is to double the price at retail and add a $1,000 dealership fee. We are now looking at $21,000 at minimum, still likely to be far less than the eventual sales price that KIA Delray got.According to the Wall Street Journal and many others--pre-owned cars are much more valuable since the pandemic, as prices for new automobiles have skyrocketed."Bargains have been hard to come by on the used-car lot as well, where the average vehicle listed for about $27,000--up more than 30% from pre-pandemic levels..."In summary, I endured a grotesque, drawn-out situation which was actually part of a "long con" to frustrate and exhaust me, lower my resistance and ultimately swindle m

I bought my 2023 KIA K5 GT 2.5L from KIA Delray back in October of 2022.Since about ~6,000 miles I’ve been having an overheating issue with my vehicle and the service department at KIA Delray has not offered any assistance and refuses to repair the vehicle although I’ve proven the issue through test drives and videos/pictures of the issue occurring. They state that KIA Corporate sent out an engineer and that engineer can’t “Reproduce the issue under normal driving conditions”.In total, my car has been at the dealership 4 times for this issue. The first time they did confirm and acknowledged the issue and replaced the Integrated Thermostat Module which did not fix the issue. In total over all 4 visits for this issue, they have had my car for over 60 days for repairs/testing. Here I am after the most recent visit with a car that is still overheating and could very well be a hazard to my safety. KIA Delray Service Advisors have been no help at all, they never return your calls and will hold onto your vehicle for over 2 weeks at a time just to state “We couldn’t reproduce the issue” even when you’ve proven the issue with a mechanic on the test drive. After this most recent visit, I was advised by the Service Manager (Conrad) that I should take my car to another dealership instead as they will not look into the issue further or assist me with proving to KIA Corporate that the issue is valid. They sold me this vehicle and now are leaving me out to dry with no assistance.I bought this car brand new expecting to finally have a vehicle where I would not be paying out of pocket for expenses related to my vehicle outside of routine maintenance, clearly not the case.I would HIGHLY suggest purchasing your vehicle elsewhere / I would not recommend purchasing a KIA vehicle in general. If you already have a KIA vehicle, I would highly recommend having it serviced elsewhere.

Keeping up with car maintenance is such a pain but the level of service at Kia Delray makes it go smoothly. They have an accommodating ride share service in case you don't want to wait there, sometimes I take my car in during lunch and I can't stay till it's done so they'll take me to work and pick me up. I have John as my service advisor and he's great at explaining everything to me and making sure everything gets done right.

John did an excellent job. He introduced himself, made me feel comfortable and confident that my experience was excellent. He is a fantastic representative for Kia. Also, the waiting lounge was spacious, clean, cable TV on a channel that would be suitable for all ages. They offer snacks, refreshments and magazines to keep customers waiting entertained and comfortable for the duration. No need to hunt John down for anything, he came to speak to me to keep me updated. It was "The Best" car service I have ever experienced! Well done Kia Delray!

It started with an informal call to Kia Delray to see if they had time to discuss options for a lease which originated three years ago in Nebraska and was ending the following day.Renzo answered the call and set an immediate appointment to come in. He was so friendly and professional, I felt good about choosing them out of a Google Kia nearby search.Upon arrival, I was greeted by Piero Bisetti who was extremely professional, thorough and kind He listened to my situation then showed me many options without steering me towards what he thought I should buy. He worked up several options for me and I managed to pick one which best fit my needs. Instead of a lease, I bought a new K5 and I couldn’t be more excitedNext, we were blessed by the Sales Manager Chris Viccius whose leadership was clearly lead by compassion and fueled with dedication. He made it all possible then brought in the help of Brett Beeson, F & I Manager. Brett was also amazing.I am so thankful for each and every heart❣️

Salesman was really knowledgeable and helped explain all the features of the car inside & out with ease. This helped make our decision. Also the EX trim level for the price point was great. In addition, communication anytime via text with sales was great. We ended up private loan and go better apr financing but that’s the nature of the time right now and financing. Nothing against Kia Delray. They were very accommodating to us bringing our private loan paperwork to settle the deal.
