I reached out to Grieco Mazda with vin to inquire on specific vehicle (2024 CX-50) and value my trade. I was instantly welcomed with kindness and shown the exact vehicle I inquired about. Value given for my trade in was fair and the entire team was very kind. I didn’t know I was leaving same day with the new vehicle but I’m happy I was able ! The process was rather quick and I’m happy with my purchase .Denard who was my sales person stuck out & made sure we were comfy/explained everything throughly. He work with me to get to a result we both were happy with. He was not only super helpful during the transaction but has been amazing with follow up as well ! I highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market/shopping vehicles.

Very happy with the car and service. Mo was helpful, friendly, and great conversation.I test drove a couple cars and got the impression they are discerning with their used stock. Ended up with a good car (2016 mazda cx5) at a solid price. Michael handled the paperwork, and I didn't spend as much time with him as with Mo, but it was likewise smooth and pleasant. The process took two visits, and the dealer manager reached out to me periodically from before my first visit to a day or two post sale to make sure I didn't have any unaddressed concerns.I have avoided dealers in the past due to too much pressure at the wrong times, and this was not like that at all. I had been looking for a car for a couple weeks on the private market (and a few other dealers) and I'm glad I ended up here. Thanks!

Five stars for Walter. If not for him this would not be a five star review. I just completed a transaction which was fairly straightforward, but the communication from the staff was lacking. If not for Walter and his excellent caring and above and beyond communication this would be a one star transaction. Walter is a tremendous asset to this organization.

Bought a new 2023 Mazda Cx-5 today. The experience was excellent thanks to Kiauna and Rebecca. They both worked together to get super close to an exact number I gave them and at the end of the day it made sense for me to upgrade to this newer model. Then after completing my financing meeting with Michael (who was also excellent to deal with), Kiauna sat with me and reviewed and set up the MyMazda app so that I could get all the new improved things available including remote starting my new car!! Thanks Grieco and also a shout out to Jonathan in service, I’ve dealt with him twice now and he continues to be a great easy to work with and talk to service advisor.

Buyer beware! I bought my 2024 Mazda Cx-5 less than a week ago. There is no USB in the car and no one literally no one knows what cord is correct. Their answer to everything is bring it in for service. We are in the middle of a move (tomorrow) and have no time to go in. The cord I was told to buy is incorrect t and again no one knows what to buy. When I called I was transferred to three different voicemail . Zero customer service

we leased a car last saturday. walter was very very helpful. Everyone at this establishment was very nice. They answered all our questions and were very patient. Walter went out of his way to help us. They also do appreciate the military and have good discounts. Overall, i would recommend this place for anyone looking for vehicles.

Run….run far away from this place!!! I just returned my vehicle. 1. Was charged $2000 more from the online ad versus in person. When confronted and showed the ad, they made some excuse of it needed tires. 2. Wanted to charge us the highest financing percent they offer with an extremely high credit score. Wasn’t until we called our bank and got our own financing that they decided to match it. 3. We were given one key when we left, when asked about the second one we were told they couldn’t find it. I would get a call on Monday (never came). We did get a call on Tuesday that a mistake had been made on our paperwork and we’d need to come resign. When asked a good time I said when the key guy is there. I was then told it would be $400 for a new fob. I have purchased 3 cars there ($90K+ in total not including service) and my business wasn’t worth a price of a new key fob. Then a Manager called me and basically picked a fight about the key. I told them well since the paperwork was not filed due to the error then I can return the vehicle? He said yes. I said, I will be in tomorrow to return it. When we got there they offered the key and some other stuff. We were not accepting this behavior. I will buy another vehicle this weekend elsewhere and have my cars serviced at the new place.

Oh my gosh! I had the best experience at Mazda Grieco of Delray. My rep Monroe went above and beyond to help me get a good reliable car that I could maintain after being ripped off by another dealership just 30 days before. He not only made sure I would leave with a vehicle but also made sure I was picked up and accommodated with what little down payment I had. Thank you for such an honest, transparent Monroe!!! Thank you for restoring my faith in honest car sales rep.

Great experience with Mazda of Delray Beach, even though understaffed everyone had great attitude. Kudos to Michael Morris for the timely sale and delivery. Great price on the CX-9.
