My brother and I had an outstanding experience with Chris Antle while purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan for my mother. His respectful and non-pushy approach made the process enjoyable. Unlike some competitors, Chris focused on our needs, ensuring a smooth, personable and pleasant car-buying journey. And the car itself was everything we wanted! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dropped off the car at 10:30 according to all my notifications on my phone thanks to the Volkswagen App I can see that they didn’t even move my car till 1230 after which my car was done at 12:45 according to the invoice 20,000 mile inspection and oil change all done in 15 minutes. Also, after watching my car sit in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. I finally asked somebody about it at round 1 o’clock where they told me that they were still working on it about 130 as I finally left the location.I’m so glad I was able to spend 2 1/2 hours inside the lobby where the seating situation does not make any sense. I even let them know that I was looking to upgrade my vehicle . You wouldn’t think that a sales person would’ve used this opportunityInstead i just walked around the Volkswagen/Volvo parking lot taking my pictures and doing my own research and all in all I decided just using a Volkswagen doesn’t make too much more sense.All in all another stellar Gunther Volkswagen experience. Still better than the Coral Springs location so I give them two stars

I decided I wanted a new car at noon and by 3pm I had the exact new car I wanted, with all of the features I was looking for. I see that there are a lot of negative reviews about this dealership, but this is the second car I have purchased here in the last 5 years. The first experience was fast and easy and this experience was fast and easy as well. James did everything he said he would while trying to get me the best rate and deal based on my circumstances. I even came back the next day to increase the mileage terms on my lease because I wasn't happy with them, and they were willing to help with that as well without charging me any more. The experience was easy and fast. I appreciate James Gunther and Beau Gunther for making sure I was happy with my car, my experience and most importantly the terms of the lease.I know that most people only leave reviews when they are upset or have a negative experience, which is a shame, because I think it's even more important to leave positive reviews when you have a good experience. I would definitely recommend Gunther as a great place to buy a vehicle.

I made my appointment for service 5 days before. When I arrived the day of service, I realized the entire dealership was under construction and I didn’t know where to go. I went to one of the service bays at Gunther Volkswagen, where a mechanic was working on a car and asked him, how and where do I check in for service. He was very rude to me and he told me lady, you missed 4 signs of where to go when pulling in. I told him I did not see any signs and he said go to that trailer over there and then he proceeded to make fun of me to another coworker.When I arrived at the service trailer, I asked how long have you been under construction and the service advisor told me two weeks. I just wish that upon making the appointment the person I was speaking with on the phone would’ve advised me that the dealership was under construction and had given me direction on where to go or to look for signs upon pulling in on how to check into the service department, which then was located next door at Gunther Volvo.

Great experience today@ Gunther VW Delray Beach. All of my hazard lights went on and I immediately drove to the service dept. Drew took care of me and assured me it would be taken care of in a few hours! In about one and a half hours it was all done. Drew was very professional and knowledgeable. A great experience! Thank you Drew.

Disappointed & scammed by Brian Pavesi and manager Nyam Smith. I bought a Porsche Macan from salesman Brian Pavesi. We agreed that I'd return later that week to pick up the spare key (Porsche key costs upwards of $700). I texted with him back and forth for weeks as he gave me different excuses for why the spare key hadn't arrived yet. Eventually he told me "I don't have the key and I'm not a Porsche dealer". I then emailed his manager, Nyam Smith with screenshots evidencing that I was promised a spare key. Instead of resolving my problem in a fair way, he denied responsibility. His response was unacceptable and infuriating because I emailed him the screenshots as proof. I feel robbed.

Made an appointment for 11 am They told me it was gonna take 3 hours and its 3 oclock and they wanted me to wait another hour If I can't wait they will reschedule me (meaning they havent done anything to the car for this past 3 hours)? Unbelievable

I went for a basic oil change. Within a few day engine light came on. The day after that low oil level light came on. Insane I thought. My car was checked and no issues were discussed. Then all the sudden another light came on with errors everywhere. Brought it back to the dealership and said it was a valve issue. So ok I was figuring stuff out and decided to tow it. First attempted tow truck driver couldn't sign to release the car. Not a big deal. Made it back to the dealership to release it so the next day it can be picked. Second attempted trying to get it towed no one knew about my car or have any idea where it can be? So went back to dealership with light going off crazy and drove the 5 stressful miles of my life. No one answers the phone if you call them or call you back if you leave a message. I highly don't recommend getting your car service there cause they really don't care for their patrons or the brand VW to service this vehicles. You are better off at a Jiffy Lube.

Scheduled a next day appointment online for a random check engine light that appeared on a Friday night. Arrived early the next morning and was greeted by Drew who was the sole service advisor on staff on a busy Saturday. He was pleasant and communicative. I expected to be there for the better part of the day considering the last min. appointment I'd made. He and the technicians on staff diagnosed and addressed my issue in less than 3hrs, at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier.

As someone who worked in the industry and changes cars every 2-3 years I will say that they have created a very easy and comfortable experience. From purchasing my car a year ago they were excellent. But the way they’ve maintained great customer service every time I come in for service is why I keep coming here. Drew Swaby was extremely helpful to my wife and I in our last service check in and took care of everything for us. I highly recommend making yourself part of the Gunther family.

The service advisor, Drew, was helpful and knowledgeable and the cashier was polite. The mechanics were able to finish servicing and diagnosing my car in the expected time given to me. This was my first time taking my car to Gunther and I was pleased with the level of service.

My car has extended factory warranty and after a lot of back and forth they finally fixed the GPS issue after a week of keeping car there. They did provide a loaner car and finally got the work done which is the only good part and hence the two stars. However , communication with service advisor was very poor and they don’t even return your calls. Final straw was after collecting my car after a week , I started to drive home from dealership to realize within a mile that the tire had a big fat nail in it and had to get it fixed at a gas station. Tried to communicate this with service advisor who didn’t even return the call again. Will look for different dealership and/or advisor.

The best stress free experience! Balvin was so helpful and informative. Definitely not like other salesman that harass you and pressure you into make a huge purchase just for their profit. He made sure i had every possible option and made me decide without being forceful or pressured. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. He is well knowledgeable and answered every concern with reason. He had the car ready to be viewed before and i got there and was waiting for me at the front desk. He was prepared and well organized. Richard in finance was also amazing! So helpful and informative. I didn’t have to wait for hours. Everything was done systematically and in a timely manner. The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was so kind and they have such great hospitality. I would 100% recommend! Literally the most stress free experience of purchasing a car.

I always look for Lucas because he is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He always gives a 5 star treatment.While I was getting my car serviced, I went to the sales desk because my wife was looking for an SUV. A guy sitting behind the front desk asked me to give him the specifics and then told me to go online. Next day my wife was off from work and purchased her car at a different dealership.After purchasing 2 cars from this dealership in the past I was surprised to be asked to look online. Luckily there’s plenty of other dealerships that take the time to assist in person.
