This particular Home Goods Store cannot find a decent manager. They had pretty rude lady manager in the past. Now they have a little guy who seems to be micro managing the entire store. Even though he seems to be hardworking, he has no customer service skills, he is rude to customers, employees seem to be afraid of him & feel like asking every little thing to him. He has no smile, no common sense, no customer service skills. Seems very nervous, anxcious, hyper almost weird. I had 2 incidents w/him regarding price, both cases his answers & attitude were wrong. As a long time TJ customer, i didnt appreciate it. I dont think he will last too long bcuz eventually employees will determine it. As a long time retailer, i can see it on the employees' faces. I wonder why that particular Home Goods Store can never recruite a normal manager. Im sure there are or were others in between but over the years these were the 2 i dealt with & neither had any skills. I will go to different Home Goods stores & wait until the rude man goes away.🤣🤣

Home good in DELRAY is great.
I buy my coffee there and several other things they have everything and they deliver the big things you buy like beds, sofas, chairs and other things.
Its hallways are wide, so you have to be careful

I went into HomeGoods expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but I was absolutely appalled by the service. When I asked an employee for help, she treated me as if I were a complete nuisance. Her attitude was shockingly rude, and she was passive-aggressive to the point of making me feel like I’d done something wrong just by asking for assistance. It was clear she had zero interest in helping and went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome. Honestly, if this is how HomeGoods treats paying customers, it’s no wonder people are choosing to shop elsewhere. I left feeling disrespected and completely put off. Avoid this store if you expect even basic courtesy!

Love this place!!! The aisles are too close together!!! Hassle trying to navigate the shopping cart, people are rude and just block the entire aisle. Crazy how you become invisible when shopping at Home Goods!

This location is AMAZING- one of the best I've been to. The staff is SO incredibly sweet and helpful also. Definitely choose THIS location if you're debating. They have an outstanding inventory as well. I've bene shopping at Homegoods for over 10 years.

Staff is garbage. They make you feel like a criminal for returning something with a receipt that was slightly torn. Please, I'm well off.... I'm not going to steal anything. You've just lost all my clients as well, as I'm am interior designer. This year I have spent over $20k at just this location and I've got all the receipts to prove it.

I went in this Home Goods on the hunt for Hello Kitty merch for my niece’s first apartment at college. This location is well-stocked on Hello Kitty. One-stop shopping and I left with all her birthday gifts. Excellent prices, better than Amazon or what I would pay at other stores. Store is so full of merchandise it was almost overwhelming but do-able and they had anything I was looking for, as well as nice clearance items. Once I’d narrowed down my cart to the essentials (there were so many high quality Hello Kitty items I couldn’t get them all), waiting in checkout line was quick, cashier friendly and conversational and just an overall pleasant shopping experience. My niece loved her gifts!
