My fiance' Kevin Powers "The Powerhouse" absolutely loves the financial institution, for many numerous reasons. He brags on the super high interest rates, being able to use his debit card at every Publix - free of charge, their nummy hot chocolate, tea, water, & even Dunkin Donuts coffee (he* gets for me), no monthly bank fees (statements emailed - not mailed), polite helpful employees, & quaint bright credit union locations! Kevin says, "the CEO of iThink Financial is doing everything great!!!

I would recommend that you avoid this branch at all costs, Shahbaz is an extremely racist and disrespectful little worm who should never be allowed to work with people. AVOID !!

The customer service is a joke. My brother passed away, and they will not even provide the most basic information, hiding behind the fact that "they don't have to". The compliance officer for Pt St Lucie, won't even confirm the accounts are closed and they have no more of his money. Compared to the help I recieved from other institutions, I can only conclude she just enjoys being an a-hole. I wouldn't trust this organization with a nickel.

you guys this place is an actual joke, do not EVER bank with them. There's a reason why its 1 star review all over the internet. Customer service is non existent, don't even know how they are in business this place is more like a scam.

IThink is the best financial group that I have ever worked with. They are willing to help us with our business and family needs with flexibility, pro-active approach, and information. They have helped us to meet our business and family financial goals. I could not recommend them more. This a great financial institution.

i've been banking with this credit union for nearly 30 years. Given what's going on in the financial market I tried to take the dormant status off of an account to spread out my money. After three days of sending them the proper paperwork and not hearing back from them for more than 24 hours each time, I finally called in to hear they couldn't open the information I had sent. After the fourth time of resending it, it appeared they had what they needed. As a half $1 million plus savings account holder, I asked to get it processed immediately so I could transfer the money over given the current financial market/banking concerns. I was trying to keep the money with them as a loyal client. After escalation to a manager ,they told me no exceptions that the new photo of my I'd (so they could see the emblem clearer, had to go through compliance ... we are now at plus 72 hours from the initial request. I am at a loss for the analog process, and the complete lack of service for such a long-term customer. It's absolutely unacceptable so I've moved most of my money elsewhere. Apparently my attempt at loyalty didn't matter to them. disappointing and a completely archaic system.

I have had an account with IBM for 25 years with no problems. And then.... they screwed up my account and had to change the account number - when I had auto pays they tried to charge me because the account was now different. Have had my car loan and a credit card with them for over 4 years...no problem. I guess when Covid hit they started customer dumping. Went to use my credit card for $6.00 declined...called and they told me they cancelled it in April but sent me a letter. No letter. Asked for a copy, still waiting. E-mailed the Ceo - no response. I asked why they cancelled my card...because your credit went down...NOPE...went up almost 50 points, Oh then you must have negative remarks on your history...nope...just one old one that is incorrect and I am trying to get removed....I don't care about their credit card it is just disheartening that after all this time as a client that is how they treat you. I removed the majority of my money out of there a long time ago because of their interest rates. I kept an account because of direct deposits, etc.....working on cancelling that completely. Also many of their ATM's now do not take deposits - never heard of such a thing. Ridiculous!
