I am not having a good experience they have been sending my kids statement to someone else address idk who address that is and my children statement has been going there. I ask for a supervisor to get back to me today and nobody did I want to file a complaint this is ridiculous they need to do better

Used them to do a refinance on my vehicle. What an absolute nightmare of a bank to deal with multiple times they used DECEPTION while gaining my business while putting gap mandatory on my car and then when I traded it... found out that it was a non Refundable warranty never heard of this that you have to pay for a warranty and can't get the remainder of it back. Being that it wasn't mandatory to place it on the vehicle. Second, they refuse to send me back the remaining payment that I had paid on the car 3 weeks worth! They always had an excuse and wouldn't even send me back The money that was in the account without hounding and getting upset And arguing with them do not bank with these people. Besides, they only have 2 locations. What kind of needs could they fill for you or meet!!!!!!

My family has banked with Ithink/IBM for years so I decided to get an account with them. We're all considering leaving now after the change to IThink. Giovianni who is mentioned in these reviews is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in the industry. I honestly believe that IThink knows their practices, fees, and service are subpar, so they woo you while you're opening an account and then try to milk you for their own benefit. Nothing they do is in the best interest of their account holders.

I have been with ithink financials since before 2013 when they were called IBMSE and I have never had such an horrendous experience, it is absolutely ridiculous and very distasteful the treatment that I have been receiving from IBM, I left a review before and I notice for some reason it is not up, not sure why but I will gladly leave another one because this is not the way to be treating someone that has been a member for years. If I could rate them negative 1. I definitely would, do not waste your time with this bank, especially in the middle of a global pandemic for them to be trying to make money of of their members is just atrocious.

So ITHINK financial is being greedy in the middle of a pandemic, they charge me 6 overdraft fee of 32 dollars each on total of 192 dollars in ONE day and when I called to get some assistance, someone by the name of Giovanni called me back and was NO HELP AT All, I’ve been banking with this bank since I was a teenager and took over my account when I turned 18 and this the first time this happened to me and nobody is willing to help me, its so disappointed how a bank would do this in the middle of a pandemic like why am I being charge money that I do not have. This is disgusting the protocol that these banks have set in place. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

On the phone talking to a teller and he does not know products or the way things work I was going to open an account but I better it will just upset me in the end!!

During the pandemic they acted like they understood and offered to defer your mortgage payments for 3 months and add it on the end of your loan. Before the 1st month even came around, they changed their minds and said you had to pay all 3 months on the third month, not at the end as stated earlier. Stay away!!!!!
