I have a very deep cut in my finger after going to this salon it is so painful and now I can barely use my hand until it heals. I came in with older acrylics that needed to be removed and I asked the nail tech man to be gentle and not to rip them off (something i have noticed these salons do with younger people) but rather let them soak he still began ripping them off. I reminded him of my request and told him this was damaging to my nails. Only then did he let them soak. (With a bad attitude.) After this is when I noticed a deep cut in my finger and blood. I asked to quickly wash my hands so it didn't get infected and he refused at first, but I persisted. He did spray it with hydrogen peroxide and say sorry, but it was a terrible experience. He was very rough through out the experience and filed the skin on my nails so they are sore. Beyond this he had a fowl odor and his hands didn't look clean. Anyone working on your hands and working this close with a customer should definitely maintain themselves. Will never go back.

I would stay away from this nail salon. I have been going here for years. I bring my daughters and granddaughters here. After I got an awful powder french manicure, the owner, and wife said, I don't have to pay and he would fix it. I couldn't stay. I paid and said, next one is free. When I called to make an appointment, he went back on his word. He said he would fix it. There was no miscommunication. He just didn’t care. There are plenty if other places that will gladly take my business.

Horrible customer service. Never on time. Ben, the technician is very good but is NEVER on time and yells at you if he feels you are upset that he is late. My experience is that he runs at least 1/2 late. Bad experience! Would not recommend.

i have had artificial acrylic nails for 20 years. i go between boston and delray. happened to go to this salon. sonny was the best techinician i have ever had and ive been doin this for years in my 20s, im now 50. he was meticulous and so great. i have long nails and he made them thick and durable. i wont go anywhere else now when im here in florida which is 6 monhs

Ok nail salon not that Bob but not that great they don't treat the employees well they still tipped and do all kinds of other things. The owner of this salon is cheap just like other nail salons. I've been into this place is across from a busy jog road, but they fell to collect the amount of money that they need to be a good business and I feel that this salon that was sold for a five times, in the last couple of years has overstated welcome during its antiquated issues that I continuously shows with no property management system and stealing tips from people that work there as they always continue to do and always have done as far as I've known

I have old school acrylic nails & Son has made them look more beautiful than ever. My pedicure(s) look so pretty, too. Attention to detail is top notch. Glad I made the change & would recommend this salon, as I have already received compliments, to everyone.Services: Sculpted nails

Scheduled appointments are overbooked. They will not bother even to call with head up or apologize for mistakes. Disrespectful and sloppy business.Services: Pedicure

The. Very worst. Owner did my nails. Ran 1 hr late. Than cut four of my cuticles. They r now infected and very painful. I am done with this place.Services: Manicure

This is the worst salon experience I've ever had. The gel manicure was not done to my satisfaction and what's worse, I was yelled at by the manicurist, Sonny. He has a real temper. Avoid this place like the plague!Services: Manicure

Everything was good other than the quality of massages on hands and feet. That was a tease compared to the hundreds of other mani/Pedi massages I've had. And it's only been 6days and my thumb gel manicure chipped already. And the cuticle on feet and hands is already back but I will def go back. Also up north In NY the Salons that are Asian owned, they all speak English so customers don't feel like they are talking about clients. I find it very rude as we are the paying customer and should feel comfortable
