Unprofessional, unaccommodating and rude staff. Limited hours and they dont tell anyone they dont do certain tests up to an hour before their advertised closing time. I would not go to this location.

Please don’t take your kids here for any labs, blood tests.Upon arriving at the lab, we were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist ( the same person who took the blood test ) who seemed disinterested and dismissive. Her lack of warmth and professionalism immediately made us feel unwelcome. As a parent, it is essential to have a supportive and compassionate environment while seeking medical services for our children, particularly when they may already be anxious or scared. My kid described the experience as a torture. Don’t go to Thai place !

This is the only place I will get my lab work done! Other places take forever and quest in Boca on Military is a hot mess! I come here exclusively as I am in and out in 10 minutes or less and the staff is very friendly! Note the hours as they close for lunch from 12 -1 but other than that, this place is indeed best in class in Delray/Boca!

All I can say is WOW!! KENDRA IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! I went in at 1130am. And was back in my car at 1135am. This is the place to go. Thank you Kendra for your service!

The black woman at the front desk is very unhelpful and rude. She does not respond politely when you ask even a simple question. Behaves as if doing a favor. If you are in a public dealing role you need to learn to deal with situations. Very poor customer service and giving the company a bad name because of this person.

I’ve been here 3 times and they’re always very fast and efficient with clear instructions on where to go and what to do! In and out in 20 minutes! Definitely recommend.

I have had to get bloodwork several times last year. Each time the experience was very positive. Efficient and pleasant person I dealt with each time. Went in the afternoon, no appointment. In and out. Highly recommend.

Well I guess I would have benefited from reading a few of their reviews. Customer service is practically non-existent. The lady at the front desk was nothing short of RUDE. There's nothing worse than someone who's supposed to be doing their job, but instead acts like you're ruining their whole day for walking in & expecting the services they're place of employment offers. I don't know who p!ssed in her Cheerios but it wasn't me, therefore, not sure why I got the brunt of her bad day. SMH. First experience at any LabCorp & it was such a disappointment, I walked out. Really hoping they aren't all like this. DO BETTER LabCorp on N. Congress in Delray Beach.

I’ve been using LabCorp for years and this is the best experience I have ever had. The front desk helped me figure out my own scheduling error with kindness and patience. They were quick and kind when i got it sorted and made the whole experience much better!
