I went to do some laundry today and a haitian young man was first brooming then started mopping while I was loading my laundry 🧺 in the machine this man had the audacity to scream at me to move out his way so he can mop the floor in the most disrespectful way, customers get no respect whatsoever. This management needs to be very wise in choosing employees to work at this place, they need to let employees know it’s because of our presence as customers who comes to do our laundries that they are being paid. Employees here have way too much ego and pride !!!!

We have big couch pillows we needed to wash and we were very thankful this place has big commercial sized washers and dryers. While we waited we went to Presidente and Dunkin Donuts for some shopping and breakfast. You could also grab tacos for lunch right next door. It's very reasonably priced and they have lots of machines, to do all your laundry in a timely manner. The ladies that worked there were very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the place and will return ! :)

I will happily change my rating to 5 stars as soon as my issue gets resolved.I'm currently here washing clothes and one of the extra large load machines didn't add any water to my load. I now have to wash my clothes again in a different machine. And there's nobody here working for me to speak to.I called the number listed for the business and it just goes straight to voicemail.I have been trying to find any other way to get in touch with someone for the business and u have not been able to reach anyone.

It's really hot in there and they are 36 drying machines not even 20 works properly. It says it open 24/7 but there nobody to clean, assist people; this place is a mess. I don't recommend it to nobody. You guys claim that you will talk to management to figures out those issues but those reviews were two or three years ago and nothing change.

I have to give one star because Google doesn't allow minus five star reviews!!! This place is very dirty,the laundromats ,floor ,tables and dryers haven't been cleaned in years ,if ever! There are some shady Islanders hanging out there,drinking and being obnoxious loud .I surely doubt ,that it is safe for a women coming here after sundown by herself .My mashine broke and this was the only 24 hour Laundromat in the area,had no other choice.This was the only time I used this place,never will come back here .

I only give a 2 because there is a parking problem at least during the day. The machines are priced fairly and they have ? water. Seating is minimal and the doors are open so AC isn't a premium. If you find a close parking spot then good for you.
