The suit is good quality, very soft and flattering. The best part was the customer service.I have to give a shout out to Ruthellen, she was so attentive and kind! I may not have even tried on a suit if it wasn't for her help. She was great!

Being from Chicago, it is very hard to find a great swim suit. Being familiar with Mare Blu product but, due to upgrading a website, getting something ordered was almost impossible until I called the Mare Blu Del Ray Beach store. The owners went above and beyond in customer service. Communicated by text with my issues very prompt and helpful. In the end a quick face time to show that they had what I was looking for and it was charged and shipped that day arriving in 2 days in time for my trip!I would recommend and give my business to this store over and over! Between Marie and her husband they truly know what it takes to own a business and go above and beyond with their customer service and knowledge of their product.TeriFrom Chicago

I bought a bathing suit this past Wednesday for $129 and asked what the return policy was. I was told I could return within 7 days and get store credit. I went to exchange the suit and exchanged it for another suit that was $67 more. They applied the credit of $129 to the new suit and I paid the $67 difference. I went back today with the new suit because I didn't like it. I ended up giving that suit back as well and asked for store credit because I was going out of town. She has both suits now and I have paid 2 charges totaling $203.00+ and she goes to give me a store credit of only $67.00 which was what I paid extra for 2nd suit. She stood there arguing with me that that was my re-edit. I said u are not understanding. You have both the suits and I spent 203.00 (plus change) to your store and you owe me another 128.00. She refused to listen and argued with me. My husband came in to help explain to her and she argued with him. I was so upset we left and I called American Express which is the card I used for both charges. They could not believe that she couldn't understand that my store credit was supposed to be for the 2 charges that were on my Amex card. So frustrating and for her to stand there arguing with me was unacceptable. I will never go to this store again and will tell my visitors coming in not to go there as well.. she just couldn't understand the situation and argued with me. Terrible customer service!

I wrote a review yesterday evening 4/30/22 that happened at the store regarding credit for my 2 bathing suits returned to the store for credit. I hate to have to write this all again but now I don't see it and have not heard from the Owner yet. One of the worst experiences ever at a store. I think the Sales woman there must have just been plain dense not to understand what credit was due back to me but she kept arguing with me. I wrote this all yesterday. I had bought one bathing suit for a total of $ 128.29 and put on my American Express card. I went home tried it on and did not like it so brought it back the next day. I found another suit and gave the 1st suit back and she told me I owed another $ 74.79 because the suit I was now buying was that much more. I said no problem and paid that amount so now I have spent a total of $ 203.08. I returned that suit yesterday because I did not like the way it fit either and told her to give me store credit and I would come back at a later time to use my credit. She gives me a credit of $ 74.79 and I said wait a minute I spent $ 203.08 total which is on my Amex and she continues to argue with me that this is my credit. I said you are not understanding, I returned the other suit and you used that as credit toward the new one and I paid the extr $ 74.79. She continue to argue with me that I brought that suit back and I said yes I did but you havn't given me credit for the 1st suit. This continued without her understanding what was going on. My husband came in and tried to explain to her that my credit needed to be what I spent and still she argued that she was right. We left the store because she just wouldn't understand and I left both suits there and called Amex and they deleted both charges. I'm sorry but this was by far the worst sales person in the world. I have traveled the world and never experienced anything like this. I live in Delray and have since 1991. I will never go back to this store and will tell all my friends and company not to go there to be treated the way I was in front of other customers and her acting like I was wrong and she was right. Unacceptable! I expect a call or email back from the Owner with an apology.

Was just in there looking at a white chiffon like dress spaghetti strap dress, $99. Wanted this dress, but the sales lady was staring at me the entire time I was in the store. Didn't speak to me, though I was the only person in the store. I felt creeped out and left. This lady is so bad for your business. 4/16, about 5:30 pm.

This store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked the employee to help me find a swim suit for me 11 year old daughter who has a technically small frame for some advice on what to buy. To which the employee replied “you know in most families it’s the mother to help the child find a swim suit. How old is she 12? You should be helping her.” I responded “well that was rude and I didn’t appreciate that.” And then the women said “why don’t you help her?” So we left and will never be coming back.- the person who is exposing you.

Store does not answer the phone and the addresses on Yelp and on line are different and both incorrect. Also, the phone number listed on Yelp is disconnected Extremely frustrating and annoying. They need to fix this!

Great customer service they helped me so much with picking the perfect bathing suit for my girlfriend and she loved it.it's her favorite bathing suit store now and she keeps shopping there. Quality is the best I've seen so worth going there!!!

HORRIBLE shopping experience because of the rude and unprofessional staff/owner. They cared more about locking the doors at 7 than serving customers looking to spend good money that were in there before 7. The two arrogant women working were very disrespectful almost to the point that they were upset we were in there. As locals we will never go in this store again and will relay our story to those we talk to. What a disgrace of a business... judging by their unappreciation for customers, I guess the pandemic didn't affect them too much. Expect to be escorted out if you're shopping too close to closing time!
