Rick was very attentive from the moment I walked in the door but not in a pushy salesman kind of way. He was very helpful in sharing information about the mattresses and let me take my time exploring each one. In the end, he helped me to decide on my final purchase, and it wasn't even the most expensive one. I would definitely recommend Rick and this Mettress Firm for you next mattress and/or bed frame needs.

Jason was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I have a back problem and he was able to direct me to mattresses that could possibly help. He explained the differences among the mattresses. He was courteous and helpful. I ordered a mattress and it will be delivered tomorrow. A very pleasant transaction.

My Mom and I met with Toni today at 4779 W Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach, FL, and Toni immediately knew how to address mattress concerns of my elderly mother. She was patient, very knowledgeable about her products, very cordial, professional, and all around created a great experience in mattress shopping. The atmosphere was pleasant. The sleep expert salesman was knowledgeable about the different beds available for sale. This was my second visit. The first manager that helped me choose the right bed was very knowledgeable and helpful also.. I bought another queen bed from this store. I had a great experience then also in 2019. Yes I recommend this store for your mattress!!!

What an informative and genuine experience! I walked in with no expectations and left feeling great and with a completely new outlook on mattresses, their differences, and the importance of good sleep.Jason went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relay information without being pushy to make a purchase. I highly recommend this store and Jason himself as a trustworthy and genuine person.I didn’t spend as much time with Toni and Rick, but they were both present, friendly, and overall had great energy as well!

There are so many mattress choices these days it is nearly impossible to shop online, unless you are shopping the top of the market or know exactly what you want. This store was very friendly and fairly knowledgeable. They were able to help me find a good solution for a home office/2nd guest room Murphy Bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper- Charlotte), at a good Black Friday price and an additional $50 off after a bit of "arm twisting".My only disappointments were that one of the two mattresses that I had developed an interest in, the Beautyrest Greenwood, seemed spongy w/ lower quality construction and the other, Nectar Memory Foam, was not in stock ?. Also, when I got home, I realized that the back of my head, neck, and shirt were covered in lint and there was a 50% off coupon available for accessories, like the mattress protector, for which I paid full price?.Otherwise, this store would have received ☆☆☆☆☆?!P.S. Ask for Rick?

I checked around various stores looking for a perfect mattress. I want quality and a good price. I found both at the mattress Firm store on Atlantic Ave in Delray. Toni, the store manager is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and I found a great mattress without overpaying. There was no pressure buying and I respect that. I highly recommend this store for your future bedding needs.
