“I had a difficult experience with home delivery of a portable oxygen tank. I called the office and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Patrick. Come to find out he was the store manager. I have to tell you he turned this cranky woman around on the spin of the dime. Patrick was kind understanding, very professional and just so down to earth there was no way possible anyone could stay upset. He treated me like family. He made sure that I got my portable oxygen machine delivered to me not only at my work But expedited everything so perfectly there is no way you couldn’t be happier. This man, I give a standing ovation to because he was a real person on the phone because of him I would never choose any other company.
