absolutely horrible service. I dropped my sprinter van off there two weeks ago to get a basic service and an alignment. My vehicle was supposed to be ready in 2 to 3 days after the weekend. It has been nine days since my vehicle was supposed to be ready I have called the dealership every single day my advisor Kevin has not answered. I've been told several times that a manager will contact me regarding my vehicle. I do not know if an incident happened with my vehicle. If my vehicle is done, no one can give me any answers and no one will call me back.

I decided a few months ago to buy myself a really nice car. I also decided I would leave this car at my parents house so they can enjoy it and basically use it on the weekends or whenever I needed. I had someone looking for the exact color make and model of the car and yesterday I found one at AutoNation in Pompano Beach, Florida. Not really knowing much about the process I contacted a close friend who I trust and he referred me to a Michael Luciano at Delray Beach Mercedes. I called him and I told him I wanted the car and he sent me the price sheet which I accepted. There were no favors, breaks or discounts it was full price as if I had walked into Pompano without knowing anyone and said I'll take that car. My mother asked why I did not do that and my response which I will regret is "Someone told me about his story and the tragic events and I feel sorry for him so I want him to get the commission"Rather than pay cash for the car I decided to finance it and get a loan on the advise of family and that took less than 30 minutes. So now I have done all the additional work and bought a warranty for the car, insured it, and ordered a bank draft for the balance and I have loan documents ready to be signed. I call my mother and tell her the good news and the experience was joyous, then it turns into a nightmare thanks to the dishonest and rude behavior or Michael Luciano. My finance guy was about to call Michael to arrange the delivery of the payment until he calls me back to tell me the car was sold. Confused I called Pompano and offered to buy the car immediately for cash as Michael told me someone in corporates son's friend wanted the car and had it on hold with a deposit. What Michael did not tell me is that he never actually had the car, he sent Pompano an email trying to trade for the car and they never responded. Perhaps he should have called me or even told me the truth and in my opinion it is dishonest. It gets better, he then sends me the attached text calling me "DRAMA" forgetting the person who sent me is one of his biggest referrals and this person was buying an very expensive car.So I have written a letter to Michael Manley (CEO) and met with Cliff Brush personally today who is the GM of Delray Beach Mercedes. Of course Cliff was unaware of this situation yesterday as Michael did not want to take the time to tell him what he did and perhaps try to save the deal. Cliff did the best he could trying to fix it but the person buying the car is apparently a "Manley Referral" which means I am certain Mr. Manley, the CEO will not respond or want to make it right. He is unable to find the car I wanted but there is a later model about 2x more which I am not going to reward them with a higher sale. They should make this right, they can't and they won't.I believe Michael Luciano should be fired for his conduct but this will not happen. It's more or less you sell me a car you didn't even have, lied about having it (we discussed picking it up Monday and I even offered a large deposit or to bring the balance that day Friday) because you were trying to trade for it to make more commission, then when you realize you messed up, you don't seek help from the GM to fix it or work something out, you instead blame and try to belittle and humiliate the customer. So if you are thinking about doing business with Delray Beach Mercedes and or Michael Luciano (who some of you are friends with) just remember what i went through the last 24 hours which cost me time, money and a credit pull. I will get the car somewhere else and it will take time but I will make sure to let everyone know what Michael Luciano and Delray Beach Mercedes/Autonation did why you should never do business with them.

We came to buy a car to this dealer, we were surrounded by two managers and in one mouth said what they are honest and decent, that the car should be bought only from them, that no one will cheat you and appreciate you as a buyer, in fact everything is quite the opposite. We chose a car, liked it, applied for a loan, they in every possible way delayed the time waiting for the approval of the bank, then the seller said that they have a buyer for the car chosen by us and began to offer us another car much more expensive. But we want to buy exactly that car, which we liked, and not which we need to sell to the salon. We agreed that we will bring cash promised us that it can be done in an hour. After 15 minutes she calls us and says that the car has been sold. Three days later, the car is still on the dealer's sales site. And the price has decreased by 1 thousand. Apparently, there is an interest in lowering the price. After a call to the seller we learn that the car is still parked in the parking lot and they are waiting for money from the buyer. How so? After all, they did not want to wait for us one hour, and here three days? Apparently, this buyer has different blood and money. But we did not know that in this salon there are privileged buyers who are allowed to wait until the price of the car is lower and ordinary people like us. We do not recommend to deal with this salon if you are an ordinary person. Please do not put a boilerplate answer to call your manager and talk about this issue. I prefer to take my business to a dealership that prioritizes its clients from the outset rather than having to call your manager and listen to assurances about how much you care about your customers. It's essential to get it right from the start.

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Delray. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. John G. was my sales associate and he made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, John was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Allan handled my financing and I was also very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Delray! More business to come!

My glove box facing for my 2015 350 SLK has pulled away. I called and a nice woman told me no appointment needed. Just drop in between 10-11 during their slow time & the service dept will check. My husband took it down at 10:30. 5 employees hanging around in service. None would take the time to look at the glove box. They said go to parts and order a new one. We know a new one is $700. We are willing to pay but clearly we can’t install ourselves and we want a warranty that if it happens again they will fix it. Very disappointed with the service. This car has 37K miles & is in our garage most of the time. To have a defect like this is not expected & to be treated as though there is nothing they can do is insulting

Finally a TRUE Mercedes Benz service!!As a European I can rarely find a high quality service here in Florida and my previous Mercedes experiences were let’s say NOT what I expected/got used to for Mercedes Benz… but here I am at Delray, with fast service, friendly manager Jose and fixed car! They fixed annoying trembling in my steering wheel by just updating a software, when other services had no clue what to do about it!Good job on providing a TRUE Mercedes Benz service!.My next service is definitely planned in Delray!

Best dealer we’ve been into a long time. Worked with John and he made sure we got the deal we wanted before walking out. He was very nice and friendly and would 100% go to him every time. The general manger and finance manger helped us make this deal happen, they were very nice! I would use this dealer again I’ll be back when my lease is up!

Best dealership! I’ve been to five, none compared to the fantastic service, respect and honesty I received from Benjamin $ Robert. Price was not inflated, I walked out with the quote I was given, and and absolutely love my car. A dealership with integrity like this one is a rare find and one I am glad to do business with.

We bought a GLC 63s at MB Delray. Our salesperson Joe Taylor is outstanding. I would highly recommend him. The car was used with low miles. We found a few cosmetic items that needed attention and Joe took care of them the next day. Overall great experience and we are very happy with our CPO car.

Horrific customer service. My car was there for three days before I even got a call to tell me that they would get me an "estimate" the next day. The next day I received a text from my service advisor Jonathan Vargas that read two things : parts and labor with a cost associated to each. I texted back and asked him to email me an estimate outlining the proposed work to be done. I received an email a few minutes later that read : Parts and labor with a cat associated to it. There was no description of the work being done, the part cost, the diagnosis of the issue or the labor hours. I've owned many high end cars and dealt with many dealerships, this was by far the worst. The total cost for the repair was $5400... a simple call to two other area dealerships and it was clear that I was getting fleeced. The other 2 estimates for the same repair came in at $1990 and $2300 respectively. Car dealerships are commoditized business... You can go to any brand dealership and get a car - what separates them is service... Which is what is lacking here at Mercedes-Benz of Delray

If I could give negative stars this would be the business that deserved it. Got a flat tire. We'd been there before, so fought through voicemail system (which is dreadful), left message for our "Service Advisor" Kelvin Martinez. Just like last time, he didn't return any calls. Brought the car in; there were employees hanging out chatting and nobody greeted me or helped me. Got someone to alert Kelvin that I was there, he said he was busy and would come back when he finished what he was doing. Never came back. After an hour I barged in on the manager, who finally got someone to help me. (Note: this is the same thing that happened before, my bad for having gone back). It took them FIVE HOURS to change a tire. Best part - they changed the WRONG TIRE (front passenger side vs. front driver side). We discovered this when we got home and the tire had gone flat again; had to bring it back next day so they could correct the error. Gave us a very minimal discount for the many hours and much inconvenience we had to spend. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I recently took my Mercedes-Benz GLE350 for a routine service at Mercedes-Benz of Delray. I was very impressed with the service I received, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.Stacey, the service advisor, was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain the service that would be performed on my car and answered all of my questions. She also made sure that I was comfortable with the estimated cost of the service. The service technicians were very professional and efficient. They completed the service in a timely manner and my car was ready to go when I was.I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Delray for any service needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the service is top-notch.Specifically, I would like to mention Stacey, the service advisor. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. She took the time to explain the service that would be performed on my car and answered all of my questions. She also made sure that I was comfortable with the estimated cost of the service.I would definitely return to Mercedes-Benz of Delray for future service needs.

Flew in from another state to purchase a Mercedes S class vehicle. I was given a warm and courtesy greeting by JR. Encountered a problem which was solved by the staff and drove away with my new car. Great service would definitely purchase from this dealership again.
