Well, I have been a Metro customer for many years, I went to buy a phone and I found what I was looking for...at a reasonable price and there are also prices for everyone in terms of service, they treated me like a king, the seller was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about his work...everything clean and tidy, the parking lot too, clean and tidy with a handicap ramp...what else can I say?...I liked it a lot and they always take good care of me....

I cannot express how disappointed I was. I currently do not have a car. So, I planned to stop by this metro store on Thursday June 29th immediately after my dentist appointment in which I had medical transport for. It was my only chance to get to the metro store. I had been planning the visit for a week. I studied all the deals online and all the deals at the store. I know you can get a better deal in person. When I entered the store, a young lady asked to help me, and I said I was interested in a new line and wanted to see what free phones were available. She told me there were no free phones, and they start at $130. Then I looked at the phones displayed. Each one has 3 prices under it, the retail price, the discounted price with the new line and a larger discount when switching over from another company. And at least three of them say Free under adding a line (no switching needed). Then I looked at the Samsung A54 which is the one I was interested in. It had the retail price of $3-400 dollars and a new line price of $50 and switching line price for free. I said, "What about this phone?" They said, “That phone is 3-400$.” I told them your website says it is discounted and right here under the phone it says $50 with a new line which is what I wanted to get. The other lady working there said in an annoying voice “The cash register rings up differently and those are prices for next week.” I feel once they realized I was not a big spender they stopped caring about helping me. I was just standing there with nothing to proceed with. I was so bummed. I had counted on that visit to get the A54 for 50 dollars and pay the activation fee for another 50 and then tax. I figured $130 outside the door. So, to leave with nothing was a disappointment. Whoever owns this store should take a serious look at how the staff treats their customers. Also, you cannot display a price and then say it is not accurate. Take it down then. I just do not get it. It makes me feel like you lure the customers in with these discounts and then get them for every dollar you can. I hate businesses like this. Those two girls caused the loss of my business, and I will not use that store again.

Hello, first of all, I am not one of those people who dedicate themselves to writing everything that happens to them, but this time I had to make this simple comment. About two months ago I traveled to my home country (Holland) and when I return I find the news that my phone number had been disconnected due to non-payment. I went through several stores but in all of them they told me that it was no longer possible to recover my number because it had been recycled until I finally came to this store. A very kind and helpful guy (Ray) explained to me that after a certain time the phone numbers were canceled but that he would do everything possible to help me. After almost half an hour he gives me the news that he was not only able to recover my number but also that starting next month i would pay only half of my bill with the same services that he already had. I really have no words to thank you as this phone number has been with me for many years and I felt very sad to lose it. Thank you very much Ray.

Today I was in the store because my device broke. A super nice and gentle guy helped me restore it and offered me a new device and helped me link my email accounts, my photos and also helped me link my cell phone to my car. Really very friendly. I wanted to sincerely thank him for everything he did for me, I am an elderly person with a disability. Helped me with my application for a monthly discount on my service. Thanks Ray.
