This store defrauded my elderly father. They charged him for multiple products that he did not buy and refused to return the money. This matter has been submitted to the Attorney General's office.

I went to the store and asked if someone can help me because my phone seemed to be frozen.. I was unable to turn it off Or answer any incoming calls. They both looked at me like I had 2 heads and said sorry we don't do that go next door to the battery store. I did and the guy in the battery store help me To restart the phone. It was very simple but I did not know how to do it I would think th attendance in the phone store with know how to do it but they didn't even bother to look they might have been able to even sell me another phone...... poor customer service at best

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm a T Mobile customer. The store was completely empty. I have been having issues with my phone for a year now. I asked the tech to help me and he refused. Told me to repair thd phone myself or go to T Mobile. I said this T Mobile and your sign and tee shirt day it. What a Ryde young man. He needs to be fired. I reported him to corporate

My step daughter took a lesson with Rob, and I sat in the back. He was amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, polite, and a great teacher.I highly recommend this driving school. She will be doing more lessons with Rob!

It's hit-and-miss at this particular office, they seem to go through personnel often, and every once in awhile you find a clerk that's very helpful. Today was not one of those!!!

This distoralized to their customers. They added a tablet to my account without my permission. They changed my plan without my permission. I would love for somebody from metro to call me back so I could explain to the issues I have with With this store. If you are a customer I'd rather not to go to this store.And watch out for heidi she lies a lot.
