If I could leave zero stars I would. Brought these pictures back to get “fixed” and it looks like they just filled the cracks with putty that has now disappeared. Paid almost $400 for this.

Great product. The store is always in disarray. Isles blocked. Poor stocking system. HardTo find assistance on the floor. I think they hide.

The customer service is horrible. I did a stored transfer and waited for the call back to hear from them that my item was there and nobody called. I gave them a few extra days and called, they said they put the item back on the shelf because they can only hold it for so long. I needed to speak with the store manager to go thru the longggg process again to only be told they would have to call be back. Let me tell you. They don't call you back. They don't do what they say. It horrible. People really have know idea how to full do a job anymore. it's sad.

If you're going Custom, definitely wait for SALE. They also have an excellent variety of ready made frames,at assorted prices! Affordable to anyone's monies!

There's always something cute and fun for home decor at Michaels...I stopped at this location since I was in the area and I found the cutest softest pillows and nice home decor accessories.The lady at the register was nice and helped me get my coupon done right so I could get my proper discount.Nice store.

I took a very special, large canvas artwork there to be framed. To make a long story short, my artwork was thrown away, lost or possibly stolen. I was compensated by Michael's, but I can't easily replace the art, so I'm extremely disappointed. Needless to say, I'll never again go there for framing.

It certainly has a lot of everything from arts and crafts, games, jewelry, pictures and frames- and more! You never know what you can find. You can always used a coupon and make sure you use the app! You also can get at 10% discount senior- you have to tell them. You can always return the items if you have a bigger coupon and get the item adjusted!

Man do I have a story for y'all. I came in here today collecting some items to create a gift basket for my friend. When I first came in I had to tell myself that I was only here for one thing. I asked a nice blonde girl where the tissue paper was and she told me the aisle to look at. Unfortunately the signage is not in your face numbering where each aisle is. The girl told me it was on the left side of the store aisle 14 so i winded up wandering around. Really had wished she had walked me over to that general section. I finally found the aisle and selected the items I needed. When I was about to walk out I saw the Clerence items and decided to take a look. I found a discounted birthday card and a little journal. Picked though both up as Well. When I was checking out the guy behind the counter told me he needed me to put my phone number in for me to get rewards. I said I did not want rewards but he gave me such a blank stare. Yes I am one of those people who does not want my email box to be flooded by spam emails I'm sorry. He waited and waited until I finally put my number in for the rewards that I'm later going to cancel as I do not need them. Then he rang up my items and told me the cost. It was $5.34. So I carefully counted $6 out of my wallet and gave it to him. He counted them and told me I still owed .34 cents. But I knew I had counted the proper cash out of my wallet. Was given another blank stare. At this point I wanted to get out of the store so I just gave him another dollar and he gave me my change back. My bills were very crisp and clean. Maybe some of them got stuck together. I just feel I was over charged for no reason what so ever. I would avoid coming here if I were you. I understand that you are tired nearing the end of your shift, but.... Just don't think this was right. I had the strangest feeling all day about it. Leaving the store I just thought to myself... what just happened?
