Despite some other reviews I think this is a great clinic! Now this probably also depends on what your needs are…I’m pretty healthy, don’t need a doctor regularly & never bothered to get a primary when I moved down here years ago. However I’m going back to school in the first responder field so have been in need of multiple vaccines, tests, physicals, etc. This minute clinic has been my go to spot & I am incredibly happy with the service I get here! They take my marketplace bottom barrel insurance with zero fuss, it’s ridiculously clean, I rarely ever have a wait time, the two (I believe they’re NPs) I’ve met are absolutely lovely & helpful when I’ve had questions about other stuff I’m going to need or am missing from my old records I can’t obtain. The appointments take zero time for my needs aka I’m always out much faster than I expect. Any official paperwork/verification of vaccination is immediately sent to my email to access through the web portal. I really have nothing negative to say about this place! With that being said if you’re coming here for something more serious or an urgent need beyond the flu. I’d probably go to an actual urgent care or beyond. There’s usually only one person on staff & they’re setup for basic needs. So if you’re dying then get mad they can’t help you… that’s on you. Understand where you’re going before getting upset that “they won’t help you”. Also these are close to the best rates if you’re paying for things out of pocket & the costs aren’t made up by the individual staff/location so to review it poorly bc you don’t have insurance & must pay for things on your own is also unfair.

If you have insurance, save your time and money and just go to a regular clinic as they'll have more services and are well equipped.

After testing positive at home on Tuesday I made an appointment as earliest as possible with minute clinic. Went there today. Should not matter whether I have health insurance or not! Was told before even I was examined that they do not recommend or write prescriptions for Paxlovid. I don't like being spoken to in a demeaning manner! I have already taken paxlovid and rebound. I wanted to take it again within the 5-day period! These people are not interested in making you healthy! There is no profit in making you healthy! Stay away! I should have read the reviews before I went to this place! And to make matters worse! They have deleted my account and show me nowhere in their records! Because they are so deficient with their service in the medical profession! Way to go CVS P. O. S.!

Went today at 3:45 and although there was nobody in front of me and their hours say they are open until 4:30 I was turned away because they were closing. Don’t put your hours as open until 4:30 if you stop seeing people at 3:30

Cvs and minute clinic do not work in connection with each other. Long waits, zero communication between pharmacy and minute clinic. Very rude pharmacist. Do not recommend. Find an urgent care somewhere else.

This is my most favorite minute clinic as NP Lisa Wilson is awesome! She was so friendly and patient the first time I visited the clinic for my flu, so I went back today again for my flu shot and Tdap shot. Due to COVID I was waiting outside the store for my appointment, and she called me in right before my appointment time. The nurse (sorry I forgot her name!) was also super friendly and helped me to check in in the computer. I have phobia for needles and germs but Lisa did a beautiful job giving me two shots on each arm. I was also happy that she was very professional - washing hands and wearing gloves vs it is not mandatory to wear gloves when giving vaccine shots as I read online. I would greatly recommend this place to my family and friends...and you of course!

The process of getting an appointment was easy and I had an acute urinary tract infection so that was good. But when I got there I find an LPN whose name I cannot pronounce who curtly and rudely goes through a robotic checklist that she reads off of her computer directly, checks my vitals belittles my symptoms and intimates that I do not know the difference between a urethra and a vagina. She used no less than six pairs of exam gloves during the exam as if I had ebola. She put on exam gloves to take my blood pressure. When I commented that those gloves are going to go into landfills she said “what should I endanger myself and my family because of you? “ This is the future of healthcare in America. Get ready. My antibiotics were ready by the time I left the office so that was good too. So everything is good except for the human part and I guess that's what it's going to be. So the co venue ce has a price. Is it worth it? It was for me today and a whole lot better than waiting In the e-room if doc office is closed.
