I recently started working with MMP - Delray Beach FL and the company and everyone I have worked with is fantastic. They really respect their customers and do the best for them. The bottom line is that they care about doing things correctly the first time. Recommended very highly.

In response to their response... The person who handed off the previous invoice told me it was the Delray location and the paperwork also said Delray. When I called the Boca address, they let me know that we had not ordered from them the previous year, and after about 10 min of digging, they triple confirmed that it was out of Delray. They let me know that each location is independent and that was the issue. So no, I'm sorry, even in your response which I'm proud that you could do, you show your blatant incompetence.
I can't stress enough the level of incompetence that I had to endure on the phone with one of the employees. It didn't matter what I gave her... An invoice or quote #, the business name, the business address, the phone number on file, the date, etc... She just couldn't handle looking up a quote or invoice. I asked her questions about paper weight or binding and when I realized that I, the consumer, knew more than she did, I hung up. The Boca location was one million times more helpful. He found me within minutes. I didn't have to repeat myself a million times. When we spoke about binding, he took the time to explain my options. And when it came to paper weight or finish, he was just as helpful

First printed flyer came out with trifold in wrong direction. One month later I ordered another flyer to mail, and the agent assured me that this one(100) would be folded properly. This was noted on the receipt, but they were not folded at all. Where was quality control?

Worst menus ever! Not even a year old and they are fading just by rubbing your finger over the wording. Horrible quality will never use again! Not worth the money they charge what so ever.
