All I can say is stay away from this place to save yourself lots of aggravation. I brought them 2 iron statues to ship to NY and explained that they were very important to me and wanted to make sure that they were packed properly to avoid damage in shipping. The man in the store Bruce was extremely rude, but he assured me that he would use lots of packing materials and wrap the statues for protection. I spoke to him again a few days later to review the costs and reiterate the need to pack them properly (I was charged an additional $60 for boxes and packing materials). When the boxes arrived in NY, they were crushed and I could feel the statues and bases shaking around in the boxes. I opened the boxes to find that they were simply placed in the box with the minimal bubble wrap I used to transport the statues to the store, and no additional packing was used. The statues were ruined - an arm had broken off one of them, both wooden bases were crushed, they where broken off the bases, and both statues were badly scratched.I spoke to the owner Surya who apologized and said he would file an insurance claim with UPS. When I finally reached him again after he ignored several calls, I learned that he kept the insurance proceeds to cover the cost of the shipping (and packing) and I would receive nothing, despite they fact that I took additional insurance for the shipment.Trust me- Mr. Shipper is not a reputable company. You will be sorry if you work with them.

This small storefront company is in the Kings Point shopping center on Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. They provide UPS services, and other kinds of shipping. The elderly man who waited on me was rude, and obnoxious. I was unable to carry something heavy, due to my handicap, and asked if he could carry it from handicapped spot in front of store where I was parked. He did it reluctantly (weighed 10 pounds), and said "he typically gets extra for doing this". He then told me to come into the store if I wanted a receipt. I had to go back in again. As I was leaving, a young, attractive gal arrived, and he was super friendly to her. He treated me obnoxiously. I will never go back there.

I was charged a lot of money for a shipment before being notified. he did call but did not leave a voice mail so I did not see the the missed call. told him to not to ship it he said he would have to charge me $50.00 for labor.

I went into this franchise to purchase a book of stamps that should cost $13.20. They charged me $20.00 telling me that this is a convenient store and not the post office. I understand that but $20 is outrageous! they are taking advantage of the people that cannot get to the post office. These people are probably on a budget to begin with. They are totally taking advantage of these people. I would never go into this establishment again.

Wow, well what can I say… They professionally packed and shipped my very fragile art piece. I wanted to ship the piece to Europe and they took care of the entire process excellently, making it absolutely hassle free for the customer. My shipment was delivered to the desired address in no time and without any damages during shipping. I would like to thank the entire Mr. Shipper team for the professionalism in services they provide!

I have been a long time customer of this store. I had them pack and ship the contents of a three bedroom apartment and used them send many packages for the past five years. The store personnel are friendly , knowledgeable and are always ready to assist. My family and friends utilize this stores services and consider this location to be a great time and expense saving .

New owners and they aren’t staffing or managing the store like the original owner did. I just walked over a mile to drop off some packages, arrived at 9:24 ( they open at 9:00 on Wednesday) and they were not open. This used to be a convenient store with wonderful ownership and staff and is now horrible. No fault of the nice man who works behind the counter but where are the owners? Second time they are not open during their posted hours. 5/26 they are suppose to open at 10:00, I was there at 10:22 and it was closed. No sign saying they were not going to be open. Awful management now. They won’t be in business long if they keep changing hours and days open.

These guys are great, I recommend them to anyone who's in trouble. The reliability of them is off the charts. This isn't just a business for them, they actually really care. The new owner is the one who got me out was a very kind person. He takes his job extremely seriously from what I can tell and although we only spoke for about 15 minutes, he's definitely a five star guy, as is his business. I recommend this place without a doubt 100%, you will not be disappointed!

Mr.Shipper is the kind of company we all are looking for. Excellent service, friendly team, reliable and organized. Mr.Terstiege runs a great ship, came to my home, picked up some delicate items, packed and shipped them, all trouble free for me. I give these guys a full five stars, Mark.

Ok. So...how much trust can you have in a business where the newest reviewers, S.E., H.A. and M.B. all reviewed this place and their other location in Lake Worth a short while ago. I hate fake positive reviews. Makes the company seem cheap and low class. I would not trust this place for a moment. подделка

I was charged more than twice what it would have cost me at the Post Office. The employee who handled my transaction was obviously not properly trained. Apparently, I was incorrect in my expectation that this store was an agent for the United States Postal Service, whose charges for mailing would have been the same is what we would pay at a real Post Office. In another store of his type I was always charged the customary fees that I would have paid at a Post Office. I paid $20 for a mailing that would have cost less than half at a Post Office. Caviat emptor!
