It’s been such a pleasure to live at Oasis Delray Beach. I’ve lived here for over 2 years (going on 3) & the front office has been nothing but helpful the entire time I’ve ever had an issue. Maintenance has always been timely & they constantly maintain the property to keep it looking beautiful. Leandro at the front office has been a life-saver! He always goes out of his way to find solutions & makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. And Sheryl (the community director) has also been such a pleasure to work with. Always addresses my concerns & is such a warm & friendly person. Truly exceptional customer service. Highly recommend paying them a visit & the rental prices are highly competitive & some of the most affordable places in the area.

Stephen was absolutely wonderful to work with! The process was very organized and smooth and he helped us through the entire process. The complex is clean, beautiful, and offers many great amenities. We looked at complexes for weeks before Oasis and are so happy we found it!

Leandro deserves 6 stars if it were possible!. I’ve moved a lot of times since living in Florida and he was by far the best leasing office agent I’ve ever worked with. Very efficient with responses, made sure we were getting what we wanted based off what’s available, extremely well mannered and friendly.

I absolutely love this place. Such a safe and loving environment to live in. From the moment i placed an application to my move in and even after that, everyone in the leasing office have been so amazing and helpful.The leasing agent, Leandro, is the kindest guy i’ve met and has helped me with everything I need. This is truly such an enjoyable place to be in.

The community is always pristine. The Manager walks around the property every day helping her maintenance team pick up the grounds. They have done a lot of updates including painting the buildings, renovating the pool, the fitness center and clubhouse. The maintenance team always responds quickly to any repair issues. The location is great as it's easy access to I-95 and the Turnpike. I love living here.

Sheryl and staff made my move so easy. They’re very accommodating and organized. Sheryl made sure that the apartment will be ready prior to my move , and it was. The place was clean and I can’t ask for anything more. Thank you Sheryl and staff.

Do not move here. My car was stolen out of the complex and it was the second Nissan to be stolen and they did nothing to increase security. Our oven has been broken for over a week, put a Maintenace request in and said "they fixed it" but no they did not. Increased the rent $700...for what I have broken appliances and my car was stolen. This place is awful.
