I had an excellent experience at Office Depot the other day. The newly trained employee named Channing, despite it being one his first days (as he told us), he remained calm under pressure and handled everything with impressive professionalism. He went above and beyond by helping me (an old lady) carry my printer to the car, making sure I had everything I needed. Channing was also incredibly friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. We even had a nice conversation and bonded over both being Seventh-Day Adventists, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I was very impressed with Channing’s service and will definitely be returning to this Office Depot!!!

Very busy today, only one associate on the register. To my surprise, he was the most knowledgeable person in the store. He was super fast and accurate. I was out of there in no time. He diffinatly needs a raise for the outstanding job he does. His name is Randy...

Ordered a book to print ($60) - tracking said it was delivered but I scoured the whole neighborhood and it was nowhere to be seen. No picture to prove it was delivered. Customer service is useless, will not help, and you cannot even get a hold of a real human to help you. I am a poor student and I cannot be losing $60 on top of waiting nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive.

The Cashier was not one bit helpful. I had priced an item online, but when I went to Office Depot to purchase it, I was told a different price. I brought this to his attention, and he argued with me about the online price and told me it was not valid.
I took my business elsewhere. Good one OFFICE DEPOT

I just came from the Delray store. I will never go there again. Help was horrible. I also did not appreciate Daniel at the counter who stunk of cigarette smoke and could not mouth the word please or thank you. I also will never go in there again when he made a comment towards Donald Trump and said "they should have put a bullet in his head"!

I was there to have some printing done. Counter was filled with customers requiring assistance and there was one employee handling all of this ( and never once losing her cool) ...and I just have to say how professional, patient and kind Maria Martinez ( I asked her for her name so I could write this "shout out") was to everyone. You are very lucky to have someone like Maria.
