I received a complimentary cut with Sidney under the direction of Sue, the salon owner. Not only was it one of the best haircuts I’ve received in terms of the style (even with my difficult type of hair), it was also the best salon experience I’ve ever had. You know how people say it’s a good sign when the owner knows everyone’s name as they come in? Sue certainly did. But what I noticed is every client coming in knew everyone by name, too - every stylist, the front desk people, everyone. Why is that interesting? Because it means people come back and keep coming back, year after year. Every client was attentively taken care of to their specific needs and wants, there is a constant attention paid to every customer by the staff, even before their appointment begins, and their expertise in every type of service is immediate as soon as you sit down. If you’re looking for a long-term salon you want to revisit for years to come, I definitely suggest here!
