very high-end and nice furniture. Really gives your home that Florida/tropical feel. Customer service was excellent there as well as the furniture quality. Price tag is high on most things but if you're looking for high-quality, great customer service, and help in giving your home that south Florida feel look no further A++++

These folks are crooks and prejudice Christine is the biggest lier and crook! They hired us to do work for their company to do their showroom after given direct instruction to tear down a ceiling fixture the own came and Christine lied and said she never told use to take it down! I’m military I know how to follow orders so she let us go and didn’t pay us what was owed! They are crooks and no one should deal with them! Their products are over priced and inferior in quality go to Haverty’s or Baer you will not get screwed!

This is such a wonderful store. I recently was able to purchase all the goodies my home needed and then some!! What quality and personal touches the staff had helped me with! I am so pleased and will definitely shop here again!

There are plenty of stores where you can purchase costal decor but this is Not one of the,. Everything is overpriced and the owner Christine, tried to tell me if I bought a $3000 plus item she would exchange a small priced item purchase for that. She is good at bullying customers and likes to talk at you instead of to you. I would caution anyone from purchasing anything at Our Boat House..

This store is extremely overpriced and the owner Christine is really pushy. Be careful if you purchase anything and they say you can exchange it, don't believe them or get it in writing. I was there shopping with a friend and Christina bullied us into purchasing some items. She was so pushy overbearing. You can find similar items at other stores or online for half the price.

We love Our Boat House. We remodeled our home last year and Our Boat House has become our favorite local home décor store. The store's aesthetic is exactly the look we envisioned for our home. We have purchased several pieces of furniture, rugs, wall décor and more. All of the ladies are so helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Had ordered some beautiful coral pieces and was very pleased. Ordered a $3400 Coffee table On October 17th of this year. Had to contact their white glove delivery specialist name was sun delivery And they placed my coffee table on the wrong truck. I actually had to contact the store and they gave me the phone number of sun delivery as they weren't going to follow up on it. Find it hard to believe that a company would not follow up on a $3300 order for one of their customers. It's now mid December And the owner of our boat house still cannot get ahold of the manager at their delivery place so I have no idea where it is or when it's going to be here. My biggest issue is the fact that nobody followed up on my order it was entirely on me to follow up on a $3300 order absolutely ridiculous. After texting with the owner of our boat house she agreed to refund me every penny that I paid and now she's shorting me $322.50 for shipping and taxes on something that I never received. Beautiful furniture beautiful items but the lack of service is absolutely horrible. If you're gonna order something I would recommend going directly to the store that you want to purchase it from because you can't rely on these businesses to follow up and ensure that their customers have number one receive their product and number 2 are pleased with the process. $200 for a white glove service I didn't get any service I got nothing I got nada.

So let me start with the furniture that we received( key word received ) is nice! We ordered 13 pieces costing more then 25,000 in this store all paid up front ( this will become an issue if u have a problem FYI) The issues are customer service with the owners and a few of the employees. They are disorganized, not truthful and the most frustrating people I have ever dealt with! The owners can't keep there stories straight, they promise to follow up with information and never do!( please be prepared to spend a lot of time calling them and document EVERYTHING) In the end I did not receive 2 swivel chairs that were ordered in September 2021 yet they had them in stock and sold to other customers in June 2022 After months of fighting we finally were refunded the money for the swivel chairs but they would not refund me for the custom covers that were ordered for those chairs!! I now need to now find chairs that are the same size in order to use them ( I spent close to 3000 on the material) Be very wary if you choose to shop here and read the other recent reviews.. many had the same issues!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM STORE. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day that was to be delivered Sunday and was told Friday it will be 4-6 weeks. No one picks up the phone. Avoid at all costs.

I give this a one only because the designers were nice and helpful, but the rest of the experience was awful. I ordered over $8500 worth of furniture and was told I would have it in 20 weeks. After nearly 8 months I had not even received a call letting me know it would be delayed. I had to call them to follow up. I was then notified it was complete and would be delivered soon. Another month went by and when I called I was then told that one of the couches I ordered was lost. They tried to offer other items but weren't very apologetic. In the end I cancelled the entire order. I don't think they were honest in the fact that they placed the order wrong because how do you lose a couch. I would not deal with them again and it's disappointing because I loved their products and would have gotten more in the future.

We were sold on buying furniture from Our Boat House. We liked the furniture they have so we paid the $500 design fee, thinking we would be spending a lot more than $5000 and the cost of the design fee would be subtracted from the cost of the furniture we would purchased. We met with the owner and one designer and told them specifically what we were looking for. We also specified what furniture was recently purchased and needed to be included in the new design. Later, when we had a review of the plan over the phone, the owner was no where to be found, but a designer by the name of Jonathan directed the meeting and presented their plan. Only two options- neither plan included our furniture that we told them we wanted to keep since it was only 4 months old. Jonathan referred to it as, "previously owned furniture". Also included in the plan was a mirror topped table, I told them that I have two grand children and wanted no glass. So the meeting ended on a flat note, we felt unheard. Designers can be somewhat useless if they don't take the goals of the client in mind. We not only wasted the $500 design fee, but we will never set foot in the store again. We wrote them an email explaining how we felt, and received a total blowoff response. How sad when a customer is sold on your product and wants to take advantage of your "free design service" and is so turned off by the process that they walk from the $500 and never return. Upon further research, even though they claim the majority of their furniture is from the US, I found most of it is from China and overpriced. Some products are from Wayfair!!! Beware and go elsewhere.
