This cleaner held no accountability after destroying the buttons on my dress. They did not protect the buttons as they were supposed to during the cleaning process thereby, tarnishing them. They then kept my dress for months, with the staff at the front advising me that they will do their best to replace the buttons. Months passed and nothing happened. Nor did the owner ever respond to my requests or try to call to rectify their mistake or reimburse me for the cost of the dress as I now have to replace it. 0 integrity.

I love this place to bring my clothes too. They have become very organized I forgot his name but the guy upfront is very very friendly and so is the woman I remember once I wasn't in for a while and they actually called me to find out if I was OK who does that? I highly recommend this place.

People here are very nice and that is way I left my dress for a mayor alteration. I was very disappointed with it. I don't think the person that does the alterations have experience. I ended up taking my dress to someone else and they had to re-do it thankfully someone else could fix it but I paid twice for trusting Point Cleaners.Service: Alterations

Do not go here , the Owner sexually harassed my girlfriend when she went to pick up some blankets , they are completely unprofessional , I'd stay clear of this place

Amazing hard-working people just trying to endure and perform during the Covid restrictions helped me out when I had mold in mildew issues on my clothes I don't really know what all these other posts are saying regarding pricing and quality they seem more than OK to me

Amazing head dry cleaner. He made something that had many issues, and made it look brand new again. Also, very nice and personable staff. Recommend anyone to use this new found Dry cleaners. Thank you to everyone there. High Point location.

I was required to pay for cleaning in advance and when it could not be found the statement on the receipt stated that cleaner would not be responsible for items left over 30 days. I had forgotten about this item but if you have to pay for cleaning in advance the establishment should be responsible for the garment. This is unacceptable and I expect reimbursement for the item that has been lost.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I needed a pink tank top I bought at Chico's to be shortened.White thread was used and the hand stitching was a mess.I was told it would be fixed, and when I picked it up the 2nd time, it was worse. Totally ruined.I asked for my $23 dollars back plus the cost of the top. The woman told me she would give my number to the owner. I later found out that SHE is the owner. SHE lied right to my face! And refused to give me any of my money back. Totally unethical!DO NOT go there for alterations.They don't even deserve 1 star!Elaine Berk

This place deserves less than a 1 star rating. The service that they offer is probably the worst that I have ever received from any other place. In addition to that, the receptionist is not well mannered. She has no clue on how to respond to a customer's complaint. She is very rude. I would not refer that place to anybody.

The tall lady with all the tattoos is a criminal and a rude person who will steal you money and not deliver as promised. Cops tell me there have been multiple visits for the same. Stay away!!!! NEVER PAY CASH!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Pointed out a stain on a shirt she wanted to charge twice the price to clean the shirt because of this.what should I do bring them clean stuff to clean.other cleaner up atlantic did nice job would recommend them to anyone who asks. Nobody should go to those thieves. F point cleaners I tell everyone this story.

My sweater could not be found and it was pointed out to me that the receipt said establishment was not responsible for items left over 30 days. I had forgotten about this item but if you have to pay for cleaning in advance the cleaner should be responsible for keeping the item until it is picked up. I do not bring inexpensive items to be dry cleaned and I expect to be reimbursed for the sweater.
