Took $ before any work was done, no conversing about the project. Took more emails than I thought were necessary to communicate what I wanted. Every time I made a change, they changed something else somewhere else. I only asked for 2 changes from my original print and that was mentiones in my 1st email. Each change took at least 24 hrs to make happen so it seemed very time consuming. 1 side the print wasn't very crisp and the other side wasn't centered. For what I got I am OK with, but not sure I would use this for a high quality project.
