Discrimination is the only word that can describe how the woman in the customer desk or lottery desk treat me!!! I asked her how to play and she send me to pick up a form from the other desk, when I retuned 2 sec after very rude she say that needed to wait in the other side. She spent a lot of time with a woman that was the same race than her, treating as a honey, what else... do you want offering so me options, when was my turn and asked again how to fill one part of the form she just indruce in the machine when I say NO, furst I want to know the options, her answer was "i dont want to deal with you" call a Manager and trough the tickets in the desk. Other assistant end with less agressivity but no much friendly and when I complain about her, she answer was she is VERY nice, ( not with me that Im latin and white) when I was leaving she started screaming GOOD BYE BYE HAVE A GREAT DAY !!!! Was rude and unnaceptable. Its this situacion is with a african american will be a big deal ! Why not now ? The manager need to teach how treat customers ! No matter the race !
