I am so disappointed in this Publix. No Gardein. Almost no plant based Ben and Jerry’s. Some staff was nice but they are also hiring staff with zero customer skills bordering on rude. I will not be shopping here again. I would rather drive out of my way than deal with this place

It's clean and the food seems to be always fresh and the employees I have experienced there have been very nice and accommodating.

Have been customer for Many years, shopped today since 2 weeks due to injury. I spend average of $800. To $1,000. Per month. After seeing most registers gone for selt checks on y 2 registers open with Full cart of groceries; Finally cashier opened 2nd register, many items gone from many shelves cashing out at $300. Would have been more if shelves were stocked! Don't know after so many years don't know if I will ever return to publix for it is no longer a joy to shop there. Your loss not mine!!

Publix is like visiting an old friend. Store layouts are familiar. Store is clean, well lit, offers feelings of security.

Used to be a 5 star Publix, but its gone down hill recently. The removal of the hot case was the last straw for me. This may be the closest one to me, but I am going to actively avoid having to come here.

They need to get their act together in the Deli department. Apart from the bad mood of the lady, it was 11 am and they still hadn't taken the chickens out to the broilers. I asked her for a chicken and she told me that I had to wait for her to put the labels on all the boxes.

I was there within the first 2 hours after the store opened. The produce department looked terrible. Sale items were missing from the sales floor, the berries were barely stocked, moldy berries were sitting right on top of what was in the case, and no associate was anywhere to be found for the 10+ minutes I was in the department except for the person cutting fruit.

Ordered a sub and was very disappointed that’s why they don’t have a line for subs anymore because their service is not good. The sub. it’s not the way they used to make them they don’t care.

Dear jog road Publix management, The way to prevent theft is not following around a 24y/o everywhere she goes pretending to check on stuff that happens to be in the same area. Crazy how people make a judgment as soon as they see tattoos and colored hair. I’ve been a manager and have learned that handling shrink isn’t stalking ur customers. It’s being involved and welcoming. Theft is important in businesses so I recommend you learn the proper ways to prevent it professionally. Next time I’m creeped out I’ll start following you around the store.

Clean store and fast service. It is a breath of fresh air to find plenty of cashiers and baggers, as Publix always consistently provides. Everything is fresh. Great employees!
