They have a stupid appointment system. They take walk-ins before people with. appointment. I came 30 min earlier, and after me came 6 walkins. They all got done and I was pushed out because I was early for my appointment. The person who established this system is completely not fair as this does not make any sense.
Additionally we have to wait for the dunken donuts party done.

Ridiculous just a screen and a tv playing not one worker helping patients or even the elderly patients that have no knowledge on how to use a screen. To drop off a sample there is a wait time. Simply ridiculous and out of human touch

Never going to this location again. My husband had an appointment and we waited for an hour after arriving on time and checking in at the kiosk. They took appointments after ours so it was not about them running behind. There is no front desk to ask questions. We tried to ask the techs when they came out to call other people and they were rude and refused to help us. The TV screen was broken so we couldn’t even see where we were in line. When they finally called us they claimed they had been calling us multiple times but when they called Steven other men were getting up and going in and they kept saying it was not his turn and that it was another Steven. Everyone in the waiting room could not believe how rude the staff was. I have never had such a problem with a quest location before. Will not go back.

Called to inquire if they can do the testing that we need. Impossible to speak to a human and their referrals to their automated systems and website are useless as the information is not their either

Very busy, very nice waiting room. I had a problem with checking in and Shakira was kind and calm and helped me. I just want her to know that I appreciated her help.

Came in as a walk-in because my tests couldn't wait and no appointments were available. After over an hour of waiting a girl came out and said they would take no walk ins at all. There was no signs, no messages, and no indications that this would be the case at all.
When someone else complained the woman told her she should have used her "common sense" and to know they wouldn't take walk ins. As if we somehow had a way of knowing they were "understaffed." Another staff member also made comments kinda looking down on people for not making an appointment. I have an emergency I had to leave work to come here, I tried making an appointment but none of the available ones worked for me and the rest were for later on the week.
The lack of empathy is kind of astonishing. At least have the "COMMON SENSE" to know to put up a sign telling people you can't take walk-ins today, instead of treating us in such a rude way. Unbelievable!

Booked an online appointment for 10:50 AM. I did not see a phlebotomist until 11:45 AM!!!. Very long wait with many, many people waiting.

The worst center I have ever been to. There is no way to actually speak with someone when calling and no way to speak with anyone at the center without spending a great deal of time checking in. The door is locked and says DO NOT KNOCK. All I needed was a stool/urine sample kit and they treated me like a leper, nasty and in no way there to help anyone.
Take my advice and go to ANY other diag center than this one.

With appointment, one hour behind. There’s always a problem here. Last month the computer system went down and they could see only those with paper prescriptions. After all the wait time, most had to leave and no closer place to go. So I had to redo appointment and dealt with an hour wait with 40 patients ahead of me and walk ins. People were coughing, arguing and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I took my grandma to get blood work done the other day. Was attended by a worker named Patricia. She had lots of patience with my grandma and drew her blood quickly and was very friendly. The whole thing from start to finish was around 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend coming here.

I was doing my blood tests for Long time. Today, I came to Quest at Linton Road, I waited on the door until I see a representative and told her I need the stuff to do some fecal tests. She told me I have to sign and wait for 20 people that is there. I onlly need the contamines. She was very unkind and mean. Wow! How disrespectful she was. She has Long hair and speaks Spanish. Bye Quest, you are not the only one to do my labs
