Came here at 8:40. They were closed. I asked to speak to a manager since they closed twenty minutes early and the girl said no. Ridiculous. When it says you close at 9:00, that typically means 9:00. Not 8:40.

Everytime I go into a Rainbow store I remember why I stayed away so long. You can't try on clothes. I'm short and have to try on my clothes and preferably before I purchase them. My busy schedule doesn't allow me time to come back to the store because of store policy making it inconvenient for customers. The young girl who checked me out picked my items for purchase up to scan, placed them in the bag, and never even said the total or thank you. She didn't speak one word. I said thank you to her. Customer service is zero to none here. The cheap prices and quirky items are the only reason I shop there about 3 times a year.

I used to shop at this store all the time ,the sales girls and manager were always friendly.
I stop today and my first encounter was the manager.
Very rude and doesn't understand the language!!! Not shabby and am sure others has confronted the same issue.

Cute place, nice clothes, the only draw back is that they open the changing rooms?? Frankly I do not see why? ? But the associates were pleasant. It's close to work,so it was convenient.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I'm from Philadelphia 3 years new to the area of Delray Beach. I usually shop at the one in Deerfield. Beautiful store very bright and welcoming to all.But this store. Congress Ave. The worse. My best friend and I walked in the store and hadn't gotten one feet from the window. Of course their shoe display is up front. Well that's why I assume they are up front. TO TOUCH. I know how hard employees work to keep their displays nice. I respect that always. But upon entering, your tone speaking to customers arriving is everything. First impressions. They were uninviting. Instead of hello welcome, you yell across the store. Don't touch the display. Not sure what or who she was use to being in her store but we are ladies and appreciative of neatness. I came to purchase looking for specifics. After arriving I had no desire to continue to shop. I could not wait to get out of there. Will never return to this one or suggest anyone else. It was chosen because of the distance from my home. Retrain your staff and the set up in that store.

It is so annoying that the fitting rooms are not open. You literally have to go home try the clothes on, and if it doesn’t work come all the way back to the store to return. Makes me not want to shop here anymore

The manager was very rude to ne about some shade. They didn't have a tag on them but it sunglasses 3.99 buy 1 and get 2nd. So I ask her why can you rank them up , she said there different prices I told just charge me whatever. She got mad and start yelling at me in front of other customers and her own employees if she was so call manager. I told go put a tag on them because yall mark other items down in the with yall machine. She said no and that she was lazy to do so. Put she can't yell at customers in front of other customers. Then she was telling me to come back like she wanted to fight me. I been coming to that store for a long before she came there. I spend alot of money there at the store. That my favorite store. But for her to go on me about sunglasses that was only 3.99. She could of gave them to me for that price. Today dates is March 17th,2023 between 3 and 4 pm.

I advise you as a small business owner to remove the video of the back woman dancing/shaking her head as a photo. It seriously deterred me from shopping here. More professionalism is always ideal. ❤️
