I think it's time to drop Regions bank
Their ATMs do not allow me to deposit a check. System cannot read the amount off the check and when I manually enter the amount it doesn't accept the deposit.
Mobile deposit via my phone needed a new app from Regions.
That app doesn't even recognize me although I'm using the same login info as successfully used on my computer.
Internet access via my computer is fine but deposits are not accepted.
Who wants a new customer?

If I could give this branch negative stars I would. I also contacted HR right away to get rid of the manager here. The Boynton branch sent me over to cash my check here and I pull up at 5:00 and they have the doors locked while other clients are physically in there and they KNEW I was on my way. I called, knocked on the door and they finally picked up the phone: when I spoke to her, she was SO rude, she had someone escort her to her car thinking I would do something out of line because I was waiting outside like I was TOLD TO from the Boynton Branch. If anything, at least get rid of this manager for her extreme unprofessionalism and how she handled this whole situation. To make me rush to get over to lock me out is insanity. I will make sure NO ONE uses this branch and hopefully they will close it down because I sure as heck would never want bankers handling my funds with this experience.

Terrible customer service from the representative that was working there today. Waited there for over 45 minutes to get a payroll check cashed and every time it’s a song and dance. They are so quick to beg you to open an account with them but why would I open an account with the bank that doesn’t even have $5000 on hand to cash my check? Make it make sense

my husband keeps getting other companies bank statements and much as he has called, gone personally to the delray branch he still keeps getting other companies bank statements. For the past year!This is a lack of confidentiality on the banks behalf!!! Stop sending other companies bank statements to him. He has already written a review and no one calls back to correct this issue!! Bad bank to deal with!

I am not a customer of regions and can not rate them on their service. All I know they keep sending me another of their clients bank statement and for 9 months I keep returning the envelope telling them that the statement does not belong to me. But they keep sending me their other clients bank statement. I called them and reported this issue to customer service and they continue to send it to me. I'm not a customer but I have to make them aware on social media with the hope that they contact me and get this straight. Stop sending me you clients bank statement please !!
