I tried to get the guy to replace some spokes on my bike and he would not, he wanted to sell me four new wheels for two bikes at $400. When I asked him if he was willing to replace a spokes, he told me he had to talk to his manager, WTF? He never returned to give me or anything. I had to just leave because he was not helping me. Bad business policies! Not friendly at all! I would never use that bike shop ever ever. I wouldn't even rent a tricycle from them. Dennis Glokler

I had a really great experience with Geoff he was so nice , very knowledgeable , professional and the service was very fast . I won’t take my bike anywhere else these guys have integrity and are very honest and reasonable in price

THIS PLACE LOST MY TRUST I brought my e-bike here 4 months ago. I got my pedal put back on, my handle bars straightened & my rear/front brakes adjusted for $25. I brought my bike back only to have my rear/front brakes adjusted again, it was FIFTY BUCKS?! Just 2 day later, my front brakes aren't working at all & I'm not taking it back there for fear of them charging me another $50. After the fact they'd most likely say after reading this that I should've just brought it back & they would've adjusted them free of charge since only 2 days later the brakes still don't work. *If I believed that, I wouldn't be writing this at all* I don't make a lot of money that's why I have an e-bike & not a car. Not going back there again!!!! Guess I'll just figure it out myself. That's how ya learn, right?

From my handful of visits I always feel like I can just go somewhere else. Very unpleasant and awkward customer service, especially with them tryin to pinch every last dollar out of you at every angle. very ambiguous advice on top of all that most of which i could have figured out myself. Over all low scores.

I only went after another shop wasn't open yet. They started right in on my bike, fixed the flat and noticed that the rear brake pads were worn, also I had them replaced too. I spent more than I thought I would today, but I would have had to do it soon anyway.

Favorite bike store in all of FL hands down. All the techs are very knowledgeable & friendly. They provide quick service & have fair prices. Management/Floor Associate is always very helpful.Also highly recommend renting bikes if you're visiting or have friends in town!5 ? Always! Hope they're open for another 60yrs!

I have had terrific service over the past 6 yearsHowever I brought my bike in for flat repair 1/16/23.New inter tube and trucked it home.Went out to ride on 1/20/23 tire flat again.It was Sunday figured the tube was defective or perhaps not seated right.Bring it in on Monday 1/21/23.Repaired very quickly they called and I go to pick it up.I ask about a defective tube and they show me a pin hole just below the valve stem and proceed to tell me this side wall puncher was from the road.The bike was not used in fact I had to walk it over semi inflated to get it there. Paid another $32That’s just not right you should have given me the tube and I would have paid for the mounting.Usually a great place to do business but not this time

Bad business. Rented a bike for 10 days and was not comfortable riding it. Brought it back on day two and was willing to pay a little more for the upgrade. They refused and wanted me to pay for a daily rate on the returning bike that is equivalent to the full weekly rate, and then pay another full week on the new bike instead of simply upgrading me. I should've trusted the other bad reviews. Being in business for many years doesn't mean you're treating your customers fairly. Went to another local shop and they told me if there was any problem they would upgrade without issue and as described above. For being unhelpful you guys lost a customer who was going to rent every other month.

was there today last minute to rent some bikes for myself and 3 children. The attendant was very busy but took the time to get us some bikes so that my kids could have a great time. Thanks very much!

If there was a 0 star I would put that here!!! Worst place to buy a bike and terrible bike repair services ! Had a worst experience in my life ! Bought an expensive bike and received 0 customer service! Owner was disrespectful , same as his technician! Owner is all about money, you can see his hunger for money, no apology for me coming every week with my bike for the same problem, that they can’t fix but keeping me charging for that ! And at the end telling me that I am not welcome at their store anymore and that they are doing business 60 years now and that it means smth. Well …that means if they would do great all this 60 years , they would have been glowing corporation with great customer services who won’t let down single customer and will try to do best for their customers!!

Purchased a $2,100 ebike from Richwagons in April and was given the wrong charger and the light was not connected. Went back today to have the front basket removed and was told there were 30 customers in front of me ( although none were in the shop ) and to leave the bike for the day.I went to a different bike shop down the road that helped me immediately, it took no more than five minutes to remove the basket at no charge. Richwagons would have kept the bike all day and would have charged me.
