Had to wait almost 2 hours just to buy some shoes. The line was almost to the back of the store. Got to find a way to express the customers who are only buying a few items instead of having them wait for nearly 2 hours of customers who have full carts

I was there this evening, I had two vouchers from returns I’ve made but always forget to use… the cashier had an issue with it redeeming so he called what appeared to be the security guard that he said he was familiar with the registers. The “security guard” kept saying what do you need, why do u want me to come over” he repeated this more than five times from way across the store with a long line of people waiting to check out, mind you I had already waited 20 mins online and another 10 mins at the cashier trying to redeem my cards. To which he says sorry these aren’t any good… so basically he told me my money was garbage. I explained I wasn’t about to throw this money away let me speak to a manager… he said he was the manager , at this point I’m so frustrated. Needless to say I let the security guard know he’s A douche, no work ethic and should be fired! If the manager is telling me the security guard knows more and the security guard refuses to even walk over someone needs to go! My pick would be the security guard that wasn’t just rude but childish and has zero work ethic, the cashier was a kind older man that kept apologizing. Finally another woman came over and helped out and finally was able to redeem the 130.00 voucher. This store seriously needs someone to come in and take over… the fitting rooms are always filled with rude people as well.

Delray Beach Ross makes you wish you went to a different one. They never have a stock it's like bare bones all the time.

Cashier overcharges me and scans one of my items twice. I ask her to double check and she literally screams “BYE!!! BYE!!”. I asked for a manager, of course I was not going to walk out and if I did at that point they can say I left with the item. The manager finally arrived I explained to her that I was charged for 11 items when I only had 10 items in the bag. I never got an apology from the manager or cashier. The manager actually stook up for the cashier when I asked for an apology. Literally what ever happened to the customer is always right rule. I felt like I was robbed for my time, money, and energy. From that cashier’s 1 mistake. All she had to do was do her job right.

Went here this morning. The cashier was so rude. Walked up said hi how are you? She didn't even look at me, answer me or even smile. The quality of employees nowadays is so low. I'm sorry but I think I'll shop at Amazon from now on, so I don't have to deal with people. If I'm spending money at your store, I expect your cashiers to be friendly. Your employees need customer service training. I walked our of there feeling bad because I was treated less than human. This has happened over and over, I'm just now saying something about it.

If you love clothes shopping in a place where the employees actively hate you and want nothing to do with customer service, this is your store. However, if you don’t enjoy asking for a price check and then being told the only way to get one is to stand in the long checkout line and get to the front only for them to spend 20 minutes looking through their personal telephone for a price, you may want to look elsewhere.

The store has a wide variety of clothing, shoes accessories at an affordable price. I am more in tuned to the automotive section, but occasionally walk the entire store looking for bargains. Name brands is what my wife likes to seek out.
