I had my car serviced here yesterday, January 24, 2024, and it was the best experience. Elba was so welcoming, helpful and treated me like family. I am away from my usual environment being at college, but the process was so smooth and I will 100% be coming here for future car needs. Elba is amazing and truly cares about every single customer so deeply!

Peter Rogers from Sales was great. (Highly recommend) Did not pressure us at all and was able to provide all the information that we needed/asked to make our decision on the car we wanted. Also excellent customer service!Happy with our new forester!

I was out of town buyer. I paid $3000 on my Amex immediately after deal was finalized & next day on 11/13/23 I emailed to Mr Jon Park (who was handling my paperwork) that a certified check had been mailed. There was complete silence from their staff. Neither the sales rep or Jon Park told that they could not wait for the check & rest of the money had to be wired. So I took it as all good & waited to hear from them.I later found out that basically they kept me as second option to sell to and kept showing vehicle to other potential buyers.They did get someone who paid a little more and they sold it to that person.Then manager Moody called and said, the car was gone because they could not wait and I had to wire money immediately. My question was, why his personnel gave me the impression that after $3k down it’s all set. Despite of my email to Jon Park about the check “Why His Personnel Did Not Tell Me To Wire & Not to Send Certified Check! I would have, had I known.Manager Moody said he would make sure to redirect them. What a lame excuse!Dishonest and Greedy staff with zero business ethics. Clearly they put money ahead of integrity, honesty & business ethics. I would not suggest doing business with such people.

My Salesman, Fred Miller, was terrific. He did not pressure, provided great customer service, and a nice guy! I really appreciated that he was very patient with me, since I did not purchase on my first visit, but at about the fifth visit, after researching cars at other dealers. He was totally reliable, followed up with me consistently, and responded to every question I had. Fred's manager also played a part in me purchasing a car with them. I will return to Schumacher Delray, FL when I'm ready to buy another car, and will highly recommend Fred to my friends and family. He goes above and beyond!!!

I took my Subaru in for an oil change and a tire patch, I did not have an appointment and they saw me right away. The service manager came by and she was super nice, she made sure we were not sitting there very long. I had my car back in 45 minutes.. They quoted me an hour so I was really impressed. I have been going to Schumacher Lincoln Dodge and Subaru since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I absolutely love this place. They really do treat you like family.

I had my first service on my new Subaru Solterra yesterday. I was due for a simple 5,000 mile service, however after scheduling I received a notice from Subaru that a new software update was required. The service team took it in stride and was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. While waiting I was made to feel like a VIP. Several times members of the service team took the time to walk through the waiting area and asked the customers if they needed anything. I received several updates as to the progress of my service. After many service visits to other dealerships, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Keep up the good work.

The easiest car buying experience I've had! Sent a message I was interested, got an immediate response from David Poire. Stopped by the next morning, filled out some paperwork but had to get back to work. David kept me informed the whole day on progress, he even sent my Jeep to get detailed while I was at work. When I got off at 5pm, we went back to dealership and just about everything was ready to go. I remember having to spend all day at the dealer!! Thank you so much for the service, will absolutely recommend!

Schumacher Subaru of Delray has the best staff! I have never felt more welcome at a car dealership. They made the transition of leasing a new vehicle as smooth as possible for me and my growing family. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or pressured and the entire team was incredibly knowledgeable of their vehicles. I highly recommend working with Howard or Fred to find the best car that fits your needs. The entire sales team, including mangement and finance, is there to help you understand your options and have excellent customer service skills. My family and I had a wonderful experience and we will continue to give our business to Schumacher Subaru of Delray in the future and recommend them to all of our family and friends. Thank you again, we are in love with our new car!

From beginning to end, this was indisputably the best service I've ever received in 3 different states since owning a Subaru. Elba went out of her way to make me feel at home and was so kind and accommodating while I was waiting, Rodrigo offered the most pleasant and warm service, and Ishmael was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when explaining the results of my inspection. I will be coming to this dealership for all my services going forward and cannot recommend this dealership's service team enough.

My experience with JR was truly exceptional. I finally went to the dealership hoping to purchase a different vehicle and JR persuaded me to buy a Subaru. I am so glad I did. I am a real estate agent in Palm Beach county and my clients love it! I'd like to thank JR for informing me about the safety features of my CrossTrek. Not only do I feel safe, I am totally enjoying driving it.

Steven Morrone was my Service Advisor today. I was in for a routine maintenance appointment on my Subaru Outback. Steven was friendly and helpful. While waiting for my vehicle, he entertained my daughters and I (in between taking good care of other customers) with his New York sense of humor. He made our day! Steven is dedicated to his job and to Schumacher of Delray. I’m very pleased to have him as my Service Advisor.

For the first time buying a car, I ended up feeling much more satisfied than I expected. Alexis was extremely helpful with getting the vehicle I wanted, and I didn't leave feeling like I wasn't getting what I wanted out of my trade-in. Overall very satisfied and had a much better experience than what I expected.

I bought a car at Schumacher Subaru a few weeks ago and Goodsondy Gauthier was my salesman. Before I even arrived I was sent a personalized video of the car and all of the specs. He was honest, attentive and answered all of my questions. The night I brought the car home I noticed that there was some issues inside of the screen cluster and called him to let him know. He asked me to come back in the next day. It wasn’t able to be fixed that day but he assured me it would be taken care of . I was told to reach out to Elba Navarro, I believe she is the manager there. From the first interaction with Elba, I was completely blown away by her kindness, authenticity and incredible customer service. She let me know that I was apart of the family and didn’t make me feel like my issue was too small , it was important to me so it was important to her. There was a part ordered and would take a few days to get there. When the screen was fixed she sent me a picture of it in a text message. This kind of customer service is so rare and I am so grateful and proud to be a Subaru owner because of Goodsondy & Elba! Thank you so much ☺️ I will recommend Subaru to all of my friends and family because they are the BEST!
