Pumps don't work, you put in your card just for them to say come inside. After trying many cards and numerous pumps I was still repeatedly told to see an attendant to pay for gas .

Worst shell stations And probably top 3 worst gas stations in the country! Avoid going here at all costs! Pumps always broken , credit card terminals always broken, if they do work you should play lottery it’s your lucky day! Also the shady people working there and roaming the lots makes for a constant look around !! Go somewhere else it will save you time and aggravation !

I would give this gas station less than a 0 if possible.Civil, it's dirty the pump's hardly ever work.Nothing consistent about this place.Don't waste your time or you'll be going there for nothing half the pumps don't work

Genese was very rude she didn’t understand me much. She had no knowledge on products behind the counter. Skipped me in line while cashing me out, to cash out someone needing gas. I will not shop here again.

I had a very bad experience today in this gas station. I had exactly 2 dollars to use the vacuum when I the coins the machine took my money and then didn’t work so I entered the convenience store at the gas station and talk to the employee told him what happened he said he didn’t know what to do so I told him please call your manager. He called the manager in the manager said he was not gonna do anything about it. I technically lose my money. I know it’s only two dollars but I feel very disrespected, because I work hard for my money and work hard to make every single dollar and they refuse to reeburse me .

We all know as far as gas / service stations go, Shell is pretty much the last option. Like if you're driving on fumes with the AC off to get 1 more mile, maybe MAYBE you'll go to Shell if there's nothing else around. That being said... of all the Shell stations in all of South Florida, this should be your absolute last choice... Crappy service inside, half the pumps don't work, over priced gas, horrible layout for parking / driving. Save your time and frustration, go anywhere else...

The door has been locked during prime time rush hour twice now. There's nobody there!!!! You are loosing out on business everyone went across the street bc no one wants to get their card skimmed!

Inexpensive gas and it was convenient. I got a 5c discount for using Shell Rewards, so that's a plus. Having to lock the car and go inside for my receipt? That's a minus.The pump area is well covered from the sun and the rain. I like that it's angled which made it much easier to get the Sprinter van in and lined up with a pump.

Only 1 diesel pump working, which is running extremely slow. It took 16 minutes to pump 12 gallons of fuel.
