location in Delray Beach customer service is awful. Got paint chips but bugs me employee, a manager no less, sitting making calls for business here totally clueless that I'm asking about color selection and ...geez will continue to purchase this brand of paint because it's the painters choice. However must say some folks just don't want to work...

No contractor support at all, terrible sherwin williams experience. I am an account holder with them for over 25 years and treated like garbage never come here.

Due to the fantastic service I received from Sebastian, my experience was quick and painless. He took the time to name my paint so next time I can just give him the label information and he would be able to quickly find it in his system. Who knew there were so many colors that are considered off white? Definitely not me, that's for sure. I was planning on dropping off my sample & picking up the paint later, but Sebastian said he will do it on the spot so I don't have to come back. He mixed the paint, I paid him and then he packed it securely in my car. He made sure each of the three gallons had the correct labels on them too. He thought of everything which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this store. They are located in the 3G'S plaza on the North side of Atlantic; between Jog and Military Trail.

David is the man -- matches paint better than anyone else, was able to help with all my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. Quality service -- will be coming here for all my future paint jobs

Shouldn't even get 1 star-left paint chip for almost 3 hrs-never called to say the couldnt do till I returned there-They had told me to bring sample chip which i did -still no good . Also had sheet from orig paint codes- went to home depot and they put in tester and did gallon in 5 minutes. They are uneducated in paint-they should not be in business.

Wow. Not only are staff untrained (or perhaps just trying to jack up sales); gave me bad advice on the type of roller cover to use so now I have to sand the entire project; looking at my receipt just now I see a 4% "supply chain" charge. Really? Talk about taking advantage of the downside of current times. And I would have to buy a whole new roller handle for the type of roller cover that I actually need to get the smooth finish I told John I want. Spent $75 for a gallon of the paint I was told I needed too. Feeling very taken advantage of. And that's after I painted the entire interior of my home with Sherwin Williams paint. Will not ever buy any Sherwin Williams products again. Store # is 702193/Atlantic Ave. Trans # is 7207-6 on 01/07/22.Btw...store closes at 6pm. I arrived tonight to exchange the wrong roller covers 8 minutes before closing and the door was already locked.
