Fun atmosphere. Group classes and feels like you’re at a club working out. They have area for solo training too for weights.

Amazing energy and motivation from the trainers. Great music, excellent and effective, unique exercises for both cardio and strength building - all power-packed workout into a short amount of time. Great community of members.

Great vibe at Slash Fitness! Great energy from the coaches throughout the workout. Gym is clean, good gym etiquette from other members. Variety of equipment used in classes. Highly recommend!

Used class pass today as I'm in delray for a month. Walked in and everyone was really welcoming and you can tell this a tight knit gym community that cares about the people in it. Nice outdoor turf as well. Will be back.

The staff is always so kind when greeting you. They remember your name and make you feel "a part of" which I appreciate. During class you can hear the instructors sometimes say your name like "Nice work, Amanda" or when it's getting tough "don't quit now" and those little motivating bits really help when my brain is telling me I can't do it, I can't finish. The atmosphere is overall fun and the other people taking the class are friendly. And staff is always so kind in answering my questions. When I first came to Slash I was super intimidated, not because of Slash, but in general. I had never joined a gym before, I didn't know what I was doing, and I was really nervous. All of that faded after a week or two and my confidence level has soared. I really am grateful for everyone at Slash. Y'all are fabulous.

I went to two classes here while I was visiting Del Ray and loved it. The staff and instructor were great, and the classes were challenging, effective, and, most importantly for me, not boring. Love the ethos behind the studio and if I lived in Del Ray I would 100% be a full time member here. Can’t wait to go back!

Phenomenal gym! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Not only is the gym super cool, they also have a variety of classes and challenge you to be your best. I love the Shred Cardio class. I highly recommend Slash Fitness!

The energy at Slash is motivating, infectious and addicting! I’ve never felt better and stronger with the classes and look forward to my workouts. Christina, Joe and the staff are amazing and encouraging and make you feel comfortable from the start. I don’t know what I’d do without this incredible gym!

They go above and beyond to offer the best training, classes, turf workouts, ice baths and overall treat their clients like their own family. I have been a slash member for 3 years and running and can not imagine being anywhere else. There is no price on your health, this place provides you what is needed and makes you feel mas though you truly matter!!!!

Slash is my favorite fitness studio in South Florida! The energy unmatched and just what I need to start my day! I love how they focus on different programs for classes each month to keep my body from plateauing and their trainers are top notch. Slash offers a great mix of options to everyone’s fitness goals! I’m currently really enjoying their turf fire and ice workouts outside!

Slash is the best gym in all of Florida. The staff are all amazing. The facility is fabulous. The group classes are the best workout I have ever done. They have a great culture where everyone becomes family and it’s nice to see familiar faces when arriving. I always look forward to going to Slash!

Charter member of Slash for over 10 years!The gym continues to evolve and is a premier training facility with excellent trainers, innovative workouts and friendly and welcoming staff.The facility updates their programs monthly and is always looking into the most recent advances in fitness.Slash is the best.

Joined slash a few months ago and will never go back to a regular gym again. The HIT workouts are quick, intense and challenging for all fitness levels. All the instructors are great but Christina is the best.

Best gym ever. the energy is like nothing I have ever seen! The trainers are so knowledgeable and really put thought into each and every class. Walking in here I am instantly motivated. I have been working out here for 5 years and have gotten in the best shape of my life after having 2 kids.
