I was in desperate need of a root touch up (lots of grey) plus I added a few highlights, had a trim and blowout. I just walked in and went into one suite in the front where Susanne A. was cutting another woman’s hair. I made an appt for the next day with her and I am so glad I did! I finally found a great master colorist and stylist. Susanne did an amazing job on my hair and was very personable. I absolutely love the color and cut. She was the first stylist that actually listened to me & knew how to cut and style my hair!
I highly recommend her! 🫶

I had an appointment with Luz. I’ve always found it difficult to find someone who can cut my hair properly and she did an excellent job. My hair is past my shoulders and she gave me the layers I needed to make it fuller on top and sides. She also did an excellent job on my bangs, which is hard to find as well. I totally recommend her for a really good haircut and style.

Don't ever get your hair cut here. They don't know how to cut hair even. I took both of my kids here the weekend before school started and both of them had crocked haircuts when we left. I did bring my son back the next day, Sunday before school started, since it's easier to hide an uneven haircut on a girl with somewhat longer hair. Even after we had them "fix" the haircut it was still messed up. It actually looked even worse after they "fixed" it. Now it's almost 3 months later and thankfully it's starting to grow back in but it still looks really bad and everyone that we know points it out to me. I just tell them not to ever get their hair cut at Great Clips. The kids didn't get any specialty haircut or anything hard to do. My daughter just got out cut straight across her back and my son for a basic little boy haircut. Seriously I can, and actually have, done a much better job cutting their hair. I have 5 kids so we usually don't go to a business to get haircuts but this time since my older kids are grown up now I tight I would make it a special start to the school year for them. Now I regret ever thinking that would be a good thing. I know I will NEVER be back. Heck I didn't even wanna go back a 3rd time for them to try to fix it again.

karla Cortes Ste#29 Shearsandcolors is very unprofessional! She schedules appointments which she doesn’t keep or cancel, you get there and she’s gone. She also pushes you to do whatever she can charge you more! I was there for a highlight which I scheduled 2 weeks ago 10am, when I arrived she told me the appointment was 10:30am so I showed her the text message supporting what I said, then when I was back 10:30am she told me I need a color correction, not a highlight and the color correction was very expensive lol!!!She also LIES to sells you bad products saying it does miracles to your hair!Don’t go there!!! Find a responsible and reliable professional. She IS NOT IT!
