“I went to pick up a Publix sub before heading to the beach with my girlfriend and it was not ready when we got there. The reason for this was the fact that they were short staffed due to a large order they had. The gentleman behind the counter noticed this and sprung into action, making the two subs very fast without sacrificing quality. James was his name and he did a great job getting rid of the large line in front of him one customer at a time. Good work guys!”

Every time I’m at Publix in Delray, he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. He’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. Jason truly cares about both his customers and his team, and it shows in everything he does. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such outstanding customer service. He is an absolute superstar, and Publix is lucky to have him. We need more people like Jason in customer service. Thank you for always making every visit a great experience!”
