I had a terrible experience in this store, especially with the salesman Carl!I went to the store to see what the procedure was to migrate my prepaid line to postpaid and hire another 3 lines. When talking to the salesperson he said it was not possible to keep my number so I didn't agree with him to continue with contracting because I couldn't lose my number and I left, the next day I went to AT&T and the salesman said that it was possible, he didn't want to do it because this procedure doesn't make any profit for them, only when a new line is activated, I was very upset with the seller for lying to me, 3 days later I received a welcome letter from T-mobile telling details of a plan that I didn't sign up for!In addition to the seller lying to me, he acted in bad faith by making a contract behind my back without my authorization. I don't recommend this store to anyone, and if you want to try AT&T I'm very happy now, the internet is much more stable, and they were super honest with me.

After being dismissed by the store in Boynton Beach, I went to the Delray store. Julian is the manager there. He was courteous, patient, and tried to help me as much as possible. The store was very busy, but he took his time with me. He told me to comeback and he would sync my phone to my laptop. He wasn't there on Sunday but another very nice young man helped me another issue that I had on the new phone. I will definitely go back on Monday and ask Julian for more help.

Update--received an email from a company rep who promised to "investigate" and credit me $100. I see the response here on Google maps. My warning still stands and no way I go back to that store. Once bitten twice shy.BEWARE T MOBILE STORE ON MILITARY!!!Went in to buy a device yesterday afternoon. Got the device and they offered to transfer my data from the old phone.This process took nearly 2 hours.During this time 2 women, STEPH and ELLIE, charged my card but told me the "receipt is in the bag" when I asked if I needed to sign it.Red flagI saw them putting their hands in and out of the bag that was at their desk and saw them take out my receipt and (I thought) put it back in.Red flagThis morning I saw a "popsocket" on my receipt. I knew then that they had charged me for a product I hadn't asked for. The item was in the bag.Red flagI called TMobile who said they saw 2 INTERNET LINES added to my account while I was in the store as well as a monthly protection plan. I bought a phone. Nothing else.Called DBPD who met me at the store this morning.They told me at the store that when I buy a phone it's "normal" to have lines added and that they can't return the popsocket without manager approval (not back until Monday). He questioned why I had police there since it isn't a crime. I said fraud is a crime and charging me for stuff I didn't authorize is a crime.Red flag response from the store 100%They put my husband's phone number on the receipt so he got all of the account notifications while he was at work. If I hadn't noticed the stupid popsocket, I would have had an extra $30/month in perpetuity added to my bills.How many of the mostly elderly clientele have they done this to and they never noticed?Since they returned or canceled everything there now isn't a crime so the only thing stopping them from doing it to YOU is my warning.Check your receipt and check your acct.Do business only with corporate stores not these privately owned stores.

We have T-Mobile phone service and I went there to get a modem/router to save money.Unfortunately their modem/route didn't work with my VOIP landline.Friendly & helpful staff.

I upgraded my Flip 4 to Flip 5. Customer Service Technician Badhan assisted me and took considerable time using Samsung Smart Switch and insure a perfect transition to my new phone. We also had a most pleasant chat; he is a super nice gentleman and is a tremendous asset. Two months ago I was assisted by Store Manager Gino, also a joy to work with!

Be careful of Tito, he is an scam artist. He pushed us to get a watch for free, but he never said this phone needs a dedicated internet line for the phone to work. Now we are paying $10 a month for a phone we don't use.

Worst place. You need to wait for hours before you get assistance. This is my 5th visit at store and same experience. The staff is very slow. Please go to some other store.

We are T-Mobile business customers. Not being aware of their new hours( as they close at six now instead of eight) we walked in at 6:01. All we wanted is to have them put on screen protector on my phone since I can never get it nice with no air bubbles. It would take them a minute and no computer required service. The older rude guy at the door said they don’t do it. And to go somewhere else. As he shut the door in our faces. We went across the street to Metro PCS and even though we don’t have service with them they helped us out with a smile.We will be reconsidering T-Mobile due to customer service. There’s plenty competition out there with great deals especially for business customers.
