Awful store. Rudest staff. Messy. Disorder. One cash open and line going around the corner.
Skip this target.

I made the mistake of visiting this location yesterday because it was convenient. The store is cluttered, disorganized and not as clean as most of the other stores. I have been a Target shopper for many years and usually love my trips to the store. My friend and I were in the checkout lines with over 44 people in line and it was absolutely chaotic. I am really patient and was not in a rush but there was only two registers open and there was group of people in a large mass near self check out and it was difficult to decipher
who was in what line. At least 4 employees
were nearby and did absolutely nothing to help and pretended to be busy restocking etc.
I entered a lane with the light on indicating it was open when a tall man in another lane with the light off named David yelled at me
that he was closed and the line with the light on was closed also. In the open lane the other employee continued to help the three people in his line very pleasantly. I stepped back into the mass of self service then David proceeded to help two other customers that were clearly behind me while other customers were served in the open lane. At this point David started yelling at elderly customers that were complaining about the situation and disorganization and I started laughing. David became enraged and started yelling at me that I can “leave the store” . We felt scared at this point and threatened. It was completely unacceptable and finally a woman took the poor old lady in front of me and helped her. I was in shock but felt physically not safe in the store after this but after almost 30 minutes at this place decided to breathe and purchase my 4 items in self check out where to register’s weren’t available due to lack of attention from the burn out rude employees. My friend said she had never seen anything like this. I know retail is difficult and I have a great deal of compassion for people who work with the public but no one should ever feel threatened during a trip to Target . This store has to do better and “David” clearly needs a day off to rest, customer service training and sensitivity training. Horrible experience. The store at Boynton and Congress is way busier, better managed, has a better selection and kind helpful employees that ensure a wonderful shopping experience. Definitely worth the 5 mile drive to other locations.

Probably the worst Target i have ever shopped at in my life. They changed the self checkout to express, only keep a maximum of 2 registers open at a time. Always out of stock of just about everything. Overall an extremely small target and they barely carry anything. They don’t enforce people PARKING in drive up spots, that prevent people who are using drive up from getting their orders. Drive up is always an extremely long wait, and it’s usually quicker to just go in and shop for yourself. I have never once had a negative experience at any other Target location. Every time I come here it ends up being an extremely big waste of time. Something needs to change.

Been coming to this location for 10+years and it’s severely gone down hill. I had the rudest customer service experience. Target (East Delray) needs to be evacuated and have their staff trained. They have a middle age African American obese lady that lacks proper etiquette. Not to mention the longest check out line for self check out because they won’t open up the registers. If you want a quick grocery run don’t bother. I’m disappointed however I will commend them for hiring the one outgoing elderly gentleman works the self check out. He is outgoing, patient, helpful, and loves to make others day,

Waste of time. They put out a bunch unreleased funkopops onto the shelves (unknowingly) I picked those out and you can't buy them until 12/29. It's 12/26. I waiting in line not once but twice for nothing. How can you put product on the shelves to sale yet not let customers buy it. Bs.

It’s almost pointless to order online and pick up at this store. Customer service is very slow and there’s not enough workers to support it. It’s faster for me to just shop in store and do it all myself.

Terribly rude employees at customer pick up. Went to ask for an estimated time of completion and the customer service at the order pick up desk was just short, rude and honestly offensive.

My cart was full of items, probably totaling around $500, when I went to use the self-checkout. I was stopped by an older woman employee who rudely told me, with a scowl on her face, “ten items or fewer.” This lady is always there and always always looks angry. There was no one behind me in line, yet every self-checkout station now has the ten items or less restriction.
No big deal, I’ll go to another cashier. But at this location, they only ever have one cashier open, and the line has at least 20 people waiting. Meanwhile, 10 other lanes were completely closed, with no cashiers in sight. Employees are always standing around, doing nothing. My daughter was getting restless, and with no end to the wait in sight, I grabbed the three items she wanted and checked out, abandoning the rest of my $500 cart.
It’s clear the employees here don’t care about the customers or the store making money. I guess this is the new America….The lack of help, combined with the rude attitude, was appalling. This Target location is two minutes from my house, but I’ll go out of my way to shop elsewhere from now on.
