Horrible service, long wait lines. Ignoring those of us who checked in. Atm down but no sign up. Office managers not present. Waiting over an hour and a half with no help at all and the tellers have taken others who just walked in instead of those waiting with appointments. Terrible service

Breanna helped me resolve a complicated issue. She was very professional and polite during the process. While I was there, I also heard the interactions of the other associates and felt that they were friendly and professional. I honestly wasn’t sure that this transaction was going to go through smoothly, but glad that I met Breanna. Thank you.

Get ready to read the latest crap show...
My father passed away on Nov. 5th. The death certificates arrived on the 14th. Between this time, my father's live-in friend who was helping him medically was squatting in his house, stealing possessions, committing fraud, and vandalizing assets left to me in his will.
My husband and I went to this bank Nov. 12th, A WEEK to the DAY that my father had passed, same day the squatter called the cops on us, to have the accounts put on lockdown and to inquire about a safety deposit box floating around at a bank. Bank of America was able to help us with no issues, and conveyed their sympathies and condolences.
BUT with this TDBank location, not only did the young African American female manager with tight ponytail roll her eyes, she was very rude, apathetic and cold. I received no "sorry for your loss", "condolences" or ANY acknowledgement. I was expecting a yawn... The young African American teller with glasses wasn't any more helpful, and was just as emotionless and apathetic.
I couldn't get a yes or no whether there was a safety deposit box there with my dad's name, couldn't get a lockdown or even a temporary one, I knew I couldn't get access to said box unless my name was on it, but I needed to know if it was there. They never asked me for I.D., never asked for my name, never bothered to even see if I was on the account. I was asking questions "what can I do?", "What do I even have access to?", "What CAN I know?". Nothing, apparently without the Death Certificate. My husband was kicked out for confronting the manager on their unprofessionalism.
Nov. 14th, two days later, I came back with the death certificates, presented it to the same teller from Tuesday who, before pleasantries were even exchanged, retrieved the same manager to come over to help her. She very rudely asked me "So...what IS IT that you want us to do?" *seriously???*
"Get an answer as to whether my dead dad has a safety deposit box here or not, and also inquire about activity on the account and close it," was my response.
Turns out not was there not a safety deposit box there, but also I WAS ON THE ACCOUNT. *WTF?!*
During closing the account, an elderly couple came in to "get a Medallion". Don't know what that really is, but I know that it seemed as if the manager was annoyed with them and was very snippy and rude with them, almost like they were bothering her. This manager just generally seemed to dislike people because customer service she presented was more of a disservice.
To add insult to injury, when I did close the account, the teller was enough of a smartass to state that if I had just presented my I.D., I could have had the account closed as I WAS on the account, and then when we left gave an empty robotic "have a nice evening". Yeah, great evening, another day I can't call my dad or hear his voice again. But, thank you for making an awful situation worse.
Funny... On their overview they state LGBTQ+ friendly. What about Jewish people? Me and my husband, as well as a couple of other Jewish people there and the couple that wanted the medallions, were treated with the same "warm" and "friendly" service they boast.
Update 11/18 morning: Since closing the account, I've been harassed by repeated calls from their main number. I told this woman my dad was dead and I have closed the account. No condolences, just cold and emotionless as before and told me ways that I can send in the Death certificate. Was it over? nope.
11/18 Afternoon: AGAIN they called asking about the account and I berated this man who answered to stop harassing my dad's number, and that I already spoke to someone. They were more sympathetic and apologetic. He stated that he would put a temporary stop to the calls to give me

When my father in law passed they refused to lock down the accounts that his live in care taker was stealing from nor let us access the safety deposit box. Manager was rude, rolled his eyes at my grieving wife and the tellers don't have a shred of sympathy.

The bank manager refused to make a Medallion signature. He required some ten documents that I have never had to do for a Medallion signature in the past.

My husband has had the worst experience with this bank!! He’s had this bank for 3 months , he has a business and personal account and they never told him that he has a limit on his business account of Zelle and deposits ! He’s gone in person several times and asked them to raise his limit and they said they can’t! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A BUSINESS ACOUNT WITH A 5000 limit per month ?????? On top of this a girl which always happens to be the same on always gives him wrong information and … then apologizes like she doesn’t care !! It goes wayyy beyond this but this is pretty much where the problem started !!! HOW IS A BUSINESS OWNER ALLOWED to work with a bank like this ?? And have their employees treat us rudely when we’ve asked to please raise the limit !!

I frequently travel to Canada. I have a TD Canada account. My wife is currently working a remote teaching job and having issues with receiving direct deposit payments. I went to this TD bank location and one of the managers, a young man, slim build, with long hair in a ponytail and earrings spoke to me really condescending saying “Canada and U.S are two different countries do you understand?” I had simply stated that I have a TD Canada account, but because I am currently here in the U.S and needing assistance regarding a direct deposit, if you are unable to help me, just simply tell me “no, I am sorry we can’t help you, because we do not have that option”. To patronize me, to insult me, why would I remain with TD?

They will have you waiting on line for 20+ minutes just to ytell you they can't take your check for one reason, you come back the next day, its another reason they can't take the check. Maybe you should have mentioned it would be an issue the first time the customer was there. Worst customer service around

They made me wait 6 business days for a check and the staff at the Delray Beach office in Florida USA, is very aggressive, an individual attended me with a look as if he wanted to kill me, he seemed annoyed just for attending. Of course I wait for the availability of the check and close the account. I do not recommend this bank.
