I frequently travel to Canada. I have a TD Canada account. My wife is currently working a remote teaching job and having issues with receiving direct deposit payments. I went to this TD bank location and one of the managers, a young man, slim build, with long hair in a ponytail and earrings spoke to me really condescending saying “Canada and U.S are two different countries do you understand?” I had simply stated that I have a TD Canada account, but because I am currently here in the U.S and needing assistance regarding a direct deposit, if you are unable to help me, just simply tell me “no, I am sorry we can’t help you, because we do not have that option”. To patronize me, to insult me, why would I remain with TD?

The worst experience I ever had at a bank, the manger was so rude and couldn't even give a good respons for the error that happened.

Always a line- never welcome me, NO eye contact. Take forever!!! Always tellers look busy doing Nothing!! I'm about to change banks.

They will have you waiting on line for 20+ minutes just to ytell you they can't take your check for one reason, you come back the next day, its another reason they can't take the check. Maybe you should have mentioned it would be an issue the first time the customer was there. Worst customer service around

They made me wait 6 business days for a check and the staff at the Delray Beach office in Florida USA, is very aggressive, an individual attended me with a look as if he wanted to kill me, he seemed annoyed just for attending. Of course I wait for the availability of the check and close the account. I do not recommend this bank.

We have been a TD Bank customer for over 20 years going back to when it was Commerce Bank. Now we need deposit slips, we are over 65 and you have the audacity to charge us for deposit slips...every other bank provides free deposit slips for over 65 clients

After using other TD branches for years, this branch has convinced me to find another banking institution. I have 2 failed attempts at accomplishing 2 common services provided by a bank. There will not be a third. Opened a new account yesterday and have begun the process.

Don't go to the 969 se 5th location. They have young staff that require you stay there and make sure they do what you ask them for. If you ask them to deposit a check they may cash it. Happened to me the other day. The money ended up getting mixed in with a withdrawal and getting unaccounted for both in online banking and in my books. Which caused me the inconvenience of having to figure it out, and possible missing cash right now.. If they had just deposited the check like I had asked and not cashed it everyone would have been much better off and better accounted for.

A very pleasant gentleman named Atiqul helped me open a checking account and was super polite, friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend him for a super smooth & positive process. Great customer service!

Worst customer service ever received. Thank God there is other TD bank stores otherwise I'd close my account with TD. Nobody knows how to do their job and they take forever to do absolutely nothing.Don't waste your time, go to another local TD bank.

I have been a customer for over 10 years with 2 accounts and I constantly have had problems with them and they can only be resolved by going into the bank. This is NOT "the most convenient bank" as they claim! In the past 3 months I have had 3 problems that required driving to the bank and going in after the phone call to resolve!
